Not willing to refund after I cancelled my booking, they ignore emails and worse their Hostess Suzan is the worst, she literally argues with clients on the line and hung up as we were talking to her. I was only told yesterday that they don’t have any manager available and Cebisa is the only person working in finance and closed for December, amazing how a whole restaurant can only have 1 manager that closed the entire December and will resume late Jan, they can take our money but refuse to refund, they ignore my emails and takes me back and forth when I call. The reason for cancellation was because I went there prior before my group booking and their food was stale especially pastry, sour sausages and the food in general wasn’t nice I even informed the chef when I went there the first time, now they don’t want to refund for my upcoming booking.
