Not willing to refund after I cancelled my booking, they ignore emails and worse their Hostess Suzan is the worst, she literally argues with clients on the line and hung up as we were talking to her. I was only told yesterday that they don’t have any manager available and Cebisa is the only person working in finance and closed for December, amazing how a whole restaurant can only have 1 manager that closed the entire December and will resume late Jan, they can take our money but refuse to refund, they ignore my emails and takes me back and forth when I call. The reason for cancellation was because I went there prior before my group booking and their food was stale especially pastry, sour sausages and the food in general wasn’t nice I even informed the chef when I went there the first time, now they don’t want to refund for my upcoming booking.
*****ulently debited my card without my consent & claimed that it was to fill petrol, however I filled their tank way more than they gave. They still haven’t refunded the money they debited as well as the holding fee they took for R3,800, When I follow up, they either ignore me or keep saying they are busy investigating without any turn around time or proper feedback even after sending them all the evidence and statements. Adele Parruss doesn’t have courtesy or sense of urgency for the customers yet she’s handling my query. I don’t have a contract with them nor signed any document, my husband rented the car under his name but was never informed that they clown whatever card he will be using and will debit as it suits them.
I have paid up my loan in March 2022 and received paid up letter however Experian still shows that they never updated my account. Have called and emailed them numerous tomes and still no help in updating my profile at the burea. Spoke to Buhle Sibeko, Joyce Nthebe, Koketso Morena and no one is willing to assist.
Greatful for this site, it's really helpfull and puts so many businesses on its toes to ensure they provide good service and what its client's deserve, it's been quite a few years and im happy. It's so unfortunate that sometimes we need to complain first to get good service but each time one has an unresolved issues, on HelloPetter it gets sorted. Thank you and keep in helping SA
Theeee best insurance company there is...I called a week ago they gave me proper and prompt service, they even told me of extra benefits in my policy that i didnt even know i had, without even asking.. they went the extra mile and each deparyment i called i found the same consistent service..
Nkhensani Rhikhotso's service was amazing, she went out of her wat ti assist me and sge was very informative even went as far as explaining rhe benefits i didn't even know i had under my olan all this time... she kept in contact ti see if i needed further assistance.. thumbs up fir this agent. I have to say this is by far the worst business I had ever had to deal with in my existence, the service is extremely poor, none of them care and they don’t even do follow up. I had a query logged on the 22/10/22 in which they promised to give feedback within 7days, they never did I even had to call them back myself again today and still they can’t assist, they still need to escalate. This is appalling and I have to say its heading for another downfall with the way they treat their clients whom in fact bring them business credit clients or not because that’s how they make their income. There is even internal fraud. There is no control, and their system are ****** messy. I was defrauded from my credit card for total amount of R11,200. R5600 on the 4th July and immediately called, the card was stopped/blocked was and I sent ID and affidavit, again on the 6th July same transaction happened for R 5600 even though the card was stopped; however on my sms it showed R 335,19 but on their system it showed an exact amount of R5,600.. now African bank advised the query was resolved and money put back on my credit card and query resolved on the 11th July 2020 Now on the 1st Oct my available balance changed from R 31,000 to R 20,00 they took that money back now claiming it’s a funds placed in my account and needs to be paid back, this bank is disgusting how do I pay back the fraud amount that they claim to have resolved and now I need to pay the money I never used, I will not let this rest I will take it to the ombudsman. I'm disgusted and completely annoyed by this stupid bank and will never advise any1 to do business with. This Bank is a scam!! You can't even call their complaints department they refuse to give out their numbers thats how useless they all are! I spoke to Nomatalia on the initial fraud case, now i spoke to Sophia Team leader from Customer service and Khanyi the consultant.
I Received absolute appalling service from this bank, I had available balance of R31000 on the 1st of Oct on my credit card however when I checked my balance on the 22nd Oct I suddenly have a balance of R20,000, spoke to Thabile Mavundla who advised that there was a rebate on my account, and has escalated the issue I will only get feedback after 7 days, their complaints department doesn’t even have a number for me to call, she was using company jargon and not explaining what exactly happened to my 11k, I spoke to the team leader who is very arrogant, disrespectful and lacks client service, he is in a leadership position but Thabile was way more corporative and assisting than him. Call cut after I have been on the line for more than an hour and he didn’t even bother calling back. They can’t even explain what happened and just assumed I got extra funds which I used, I have to say following the fraud incident that took place months back on this account I would NEVER advise anyone to take credit with this bank, fraud and unexplained transactions take place on your account without your knowledge u need to go online daily to check your balances. The service is extremely poor, their people are uninformed and lack empathy, zero respect for their clients. I need feedback ASAP I need to pay this credit card on Wed but they can only give feedback in 7 days utter nonsense they lack sense of urgency even. Transactions take place on your card but they cant explain, even duplicate transaction they busy fidgiting your account in the background I even believe its their staff doing fraud.
I have to say the introduction of hellopeter to people's lives has been awesome, with hellopeter companies tend to listen to long awaited disputes and complaint only because they are trying to protect their brand, however they offer you poor service as an individual I am happy that we have hellopeter, it is the absolute best and has made a huge impact in my life.... big ups hellopeter you are the best :-)
I went to Nedbank Main street on the 14th March to open an educational plan, i was assisted by Agnes and she told me that a financial adviser Rapson Arnold will assist me, however in the interim we need to open a Nedbank account since i do not bank with Nedbank i can't be utilizing their product and i need to open an account. I opened the account however the following day someone from their head-office called and told me that my application has been declined as they no longer offer the FUNDISA product, i then requested for the account to be closed since the product isn't available. They have been taking me from pillar to post, to date the account isn't closed. I have been to Nedbank 3 times already and still no joy, their service is extremely poor and they have ridiculous processes. I went and never found Agnes the lady that assisted me said i will get a call within 48 hours to confirm if the account is closed or not, still nothing. I have been communicating with Agnes on email and only yesterday she told me they cant close the account without the card, i went to the branch and guess what? I was never assisted i spent 48 minutes of my lunch time waiting at that useless branch and my account is still not closed. I will not pay a cent should any fees or charges incur, i want the account closed today and i am not willing to go back to the useless branch again, i also need a confirmation letter emailed to me showing that this account has been closed.
