WOW!!!

Fiancé had an accident a few 100m from home. Driving at about 10km/h home. Called Roxsure, towed the car in the next day. Now a week later no response on what is happening with the car. Mailed them today, and they said the person dealing with our claim is on leave this week, So we'll hear from him on Monday.... Not even talking about how we struggled to get a rental car for the weekend, fiancé had to pay for one by herself.

I am at a loss for words. UNPROFESSIONAL, PATHETIC, RIDICULOUS, DISRESPECTFUL, SELFISH.
