Clicks Hibiscus Mall. The worst Clicks ever. No respect for clients, opens late whilst their just sitting. Even some of their own staff that has transferred, whom I spoke to, says the manageress is the worst. I called headoffice Clicks about the manager, even they agreed and said I should send an email. I didn't, I am sure nothing would happen.
WOW!!! Fiancé had an accident a few 100m from home. Driving at about 10km/h home. Called Roxsure, towed the car in the next day. Now a week later no response on what is happening with the car. Mailed them today, and they said the person dealing with our claim is on leave this week, So we'll hear from him on Monday.... Not even talking about how we struggled to get a rental car for the weekend, fiancé had to pay for one by herself. I am at a loss for words. UNPROFESSIONAL, PATHETIC, RIDICULOUS, DISRESPECTFUL, SELFISH. Guess I had some words left.
My fiancé and I have a joint account because I work abroad. Today she went to buy clothes for our baby on the card. My account is paid in advance, yet it was frozen. After struggling to communicate with the customer service employee on the phone. We were told the account is frozen until I call them and update some details. Meanwhile embarrassing my fiancé in store infront of other customers. She paid cash. The cashier ins store was so kind and even she was shocked at what Edgars did. This is so unacceptable, she could've updated the details and they could've confirmed via email with me. Or even more they could've emailed me in advance to notify me of this requirement! Absolutely ridiculous, I will close this account for good when I am back in SA next month.

We bought over R12000 worth of material. Not including all the other material over the last month. The 5 shower doors we bought cash. After 3 to 4 weeks no feedback. We were promised it'll be availble within a week. Well as I said 3 to 4 weeks later we get a lame excuse that the suppliers container fell over and all was damaged. O and first the excuse was there were to little ordered... and now! As client we are stuck. And the B&B is standing empty
