Stay away from this place
If there is any advise to anyone trying to do business with them, dont. Scott, them manager or owner, im not sure. Is full of promisses when you take your car there. Untill he has it then the excuses start, or he justb doesnt awner your calls or drop your calls. Full of excuses. I had to cancel my familys holliday because of his empty promisses.

WORST REPAIRS EVER DONE ON MY CAR
WORST REPAIRS EVER DONE ON MY CAR....THERE WAS A BAD SCRATCH ON MY CAR WHEN I FINALLY RECEIVED IT BACK AFTER A MONTH....THE PAINT IS CHIPPING OFF...THE WORST IS THAT THEY ONLY RESPONDED TO THE COMPLAINT 3 WEEKS LATER...CLIENT SERVICE IS DEFINITELY NOT THEIR 1ST PRIORITY AND THEIR WORK IS OF POOR QUALITY.

R&P Panelbeaters are criminals
Sent my car for front bumper repairs september 2020, just 3 weeks after collection the bumper was sagging, new installed fog light was blown and jonny the manager said there's nothing they can do they fixed my car. funny enough same thing happened to my colleague's car after they fixed it. Guess what they stole the bumper impact absorber reason the bumper is not fixed on both our cars. R&P Panelbeaters are criminals there's no way you forget to replace parts you disassembled

I want to compliment Johnny at this panelbeater for his friendliness and willingness to go an extra mile for a client. Yesterday, the insurance company approved a repair claim for my vehicle. Johnny called me about the approval and that they are the accredited repairer in this region for the make of vehicle. When I indicated that I have a challenge to bring the vehicle in during normal working hours, he volunteered to go at my house to collect it. Bang! I was impressed by this guy.

Double standards and integrity values of which is non existent
Just a warning to people concerning R&P Panelbeaters in Lydenburg.Outsurance forced me to use them and had a replacement bumper on the spare list. I got the quote myself and Lydenburg 4x4 were suppose to do the fitting. Today I got a qoute from r&p panelbeaters charging me a 25% handling fee on it. The bumper was not on his original quote. Furthermore quotations given in the space of 2 weeks differ with R3000.00 plus
