They will take your money and leave your decoder not working and when you complain they will insist on a R650 call out fee excl. work to be done. Appalling, appalling service.

10 May 2016 I took a 2 yr Explora Special with Multichoice and was FORCED to accept RPL as the installer.I paid extra to them foran Aluminium Dish. There were a lot of issued with Leon the owner who was not very customer friendly at all. I had a lot of issues with the reception and upon asking Multichoice was given instructions to set the decoder which I did and kept on having to do many times. I December 2016 I went to visit family and set recordings for the time I was away. Upon my return I was shocked to fing that nothing had recorded and everything was faulty. I was advised to check the quality and signal of my decoders only to discover that I had below 50% on them both.(I also have an HD PVR). I spoke to Leon and he advised that my warranty had expired and I would have to pay for a call out to reset the signal. on the 30th December 2016 their installer who did the job came and advised that he would have to check the Dish. Heimmediately reported that ALLL THE BOLTS ON THE DISH WERE LOOSE and tightened them and the signal returned to normal. Unfortunately I paid cash for the call out and was advised upon enquiring from other installers that there was NO WAY THE BOLTS COULD HAVE LOOSENED ON THEIR OWN AND WERE NOT TIGHTENED AT THE TIME OF THE ORIGINAL INSTALLATION. i sent an sms to Leon from RPL asking for my money to be refunded into my bank account and asked ror an INVOICE (which needed to state that the problem was the boltd were loose) AND RECEIPT as I was not given one at the time only to be asked who asked for the name of the other installers. I sent my email address to them and to date have not received the incvoice, receipt nor refund.

RPL Intergrated Systems was the company assigned to do the installation of the upgrade of my DSTV. Alvin the installer arrived on Saturday 27th Feb to do the installation he advised me that I need to change the dish as well because the one I have is not suitable for the decoder. I purchased the new dish. On 29th February when I arrived home from work I see that the decoder is not working an error message stating that there is no signal this could be due to bad weather, faulty connection or installation. I called Leon Dass to report this and he advised me that his guys would come out the next morning which is the 1st March but the next morning Leon advised me that I first need to contact the call centre to report the fault and when I asked why he said they need to keep record of it. I called the call centre and they strangely enough could not pick up my job card yet the installation was booked via the same call centre of Blingstallation. I get home now and the bracket has now come out the wall so when Alvin changed the dish he did not change the bracket. What messy third grade workmanship is this. How can they change the one and not the other.
