Bad management and service

Bad service, blaming Mr Delivery for sending out frozen desserts, one guy (Jake) tells you to come get a dish as it was their mistake and then the manager calls you to say no they send it out frozen? Miss the previous guy (Jake) actually calmed your clients and you come and ***** it up....Its a cake? Why Frozen? Not impressed wont be ordering there again.
