Extremely pleasant experience from start to finish with awesome team and communication. I recommend if you have valuable items especially antiques or vintage items. Pamela, Nicolette & Luke were a refreshing team to deal with after a bad experience elsewhere in same industry. Highly recommend and their advise & knowledge is sound. Well done to a great auction house! Restored my faith in that industry! Thank you.

Never again
If you looking for a professional auctioneer avoid Russell Kaplan at all costs. Lost goods, dishonesty, chaos and an absolute lack of respect for their customers. They could not be bothered to pick up the phone, rather send a generic email in the hopes that I will go away. Can see why they are not associated with any Auctioneers Association, they would lose their "license"

If you looking for a professional auctioneer avoid Russell Kaplan at all costs. Lost goods, dishonesty, chaos and an absolute lack of respect for their customers. Absolute incompetence,lack of service and arrogance shown by the people who work at the auctioneers.People who behave like this should not be allowed to run a business and i believe a forensic audit by SARS would net them a large income.

Excellent service with honesty and integrity
I would definitely recommend Russell Kaplan Auctioneers for all antiques, furniture and household goods. They handled the goods, prepared for auction and paid me when they said they would. I was concerned dealing with auctioneers for the first time. They were professional at all times, their honesty and integrity is refreshing. Than you Jakki and Russell.
