Bought items online for delivery, which never arrived despite a note to say this was available for collection. The rudest person in Worcester decided this was not the case, despite not bothering to look and see if the order was due for collection, per the note received. I was then told there would be a refund within 3-5 days. After a week I asked what was going on with this refund and was again told it would take 3-5 days. It’s now be another week with no sign of this happening.
Dishonest, couldn’t care less attitude and can’t be bothered to respond to endless enquires or requests for an update.
Worst customer service ever. And as for their courier service, I don’t think they could possibly have done worse.
Surely the worst courier service in South Africa. A three year old on a tricycle would be more professional.
****med. Paid to have both my car licenses renewed only to be told they wouldn’t accept my lease as proof of address. They then said they would issue a credit note but that I had to apply for a refund. Tick tick tick, no money, no refund, no response to emails. Best is that I went and did the renewals myself, in 30 minutes, with the same lease but of course, had to pay again. 7k later for 2 cars … ***** charges loading against paycity. Avoid them or they will take your money.
Dreadful online shopping and even worse customer support. Much easier to buy fromm Amazon, delivery is also quicker despite the extra distance.
No interest in addressing issues with really expensive items that break after 3 days and no interest in resolving the queries. Don't buy their badly made items, they simply do NOT honour their guarantees.
Shocking service, multiple lies from a really useless customer ‘service’ division. Would have been easier and far quicker to just deliver the stuff ourselves
Without a doubt, the worst courier service in all of South Africa. Another package delivered with the contents smashed, I really wish I had taken picture of the inside of the vehicle making a delivery as it was total chaos. I really have no idea why people use them for deliveries.
Shocking service and accounting that borders on fraud. Nobody vaguely interested in sorting out an issue apart from telling you to buy more hardware and quick to bill if you cancel, even if the service is not even 24 hours old.
