I wish I could give zero stars. This has been, without a doubt, the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I placed my order expecting a reasonable delivery time, yet here I am still waiting after 10 days with no sign of my parcel and a complete lack of accountability from the company. I called their customer service, only to be put on hold for ages while they claimed to be ‘contacting the courier company’ – something that is absolutely not my problem. After finally getting through, they promised a call back that never happened. Frustrated, I rang again, only to be left waiting on hold once more while they made more excuses about the courier. This company is an absolute joke. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy wasting time, chasing your own order, and dealing with blatant dishonesty. Shocking service from start to finish!
This feels like a cruel joke, and I’m the one being played. Laurence Friedman was polished and professional when he took my valuable items, but he simply vanished after they were sold. Now, he only responds to say he’ll pay me interest on the overdue amount. Even more disturbing is that when I call their company number, "Genesis Structuring and Finance" shows up on my phone. It makes me wonder what’s happening to all the auction money if it’s not going to the sellers. This entire ordeal leaves me feeling deeply sad and regretful, as if I’ve been misled and betrayed by those I trusted to act with integrity.
After experiencing several frustrating encounters with this medical service provider, I'm compelled to share my experience. Despite paying upfront for my blood tests, I'm still awaiting an invoice. Additionally, any statement requested remains "in processing." As a private patient, I'm deeply concerned about the withholding of my test results, despite consulting with my physician, who shares my dismay. One would assume that it is crucial for medical providers to prioritise patient care and ensure timely access to essential information, especially for those paying out-of-pocket and with a long life illness. Patients deserve better than prolonged delays and companies that play the blame game.
Nothing nice to say about this company at all besides incompetence.
"Time is precious. Save time and transact with us digitally - anywhere, anytime." So says Nedgroup Investments. It would appear that a legal document means nothing to Nedgroup Investments. Just do your job and stop sending automated responses.
If you looking for a professional auctioneer avoid Russell Kaplan at all costs. Lost goods, dishonesty, chaos and an absolute lack of respect for their customers. They could not be bothered to pick up the phone, rather send a generic email in the hopes that I will go away. Can see why they are not associated with any Auctioneers Association, they would lose their "license"
3rd time lucky is never the case with banks. How hard is it to close an account? I have been into the bank 3 times to close a credit card, but no doubt they are holding on to make sure there are some additional charges. When one drags an elderly person in a wheelchair to obtain "Delegation of Authority" one would hope there would be a touch of respect and make sure things get done.
The service is as expected, quick efficient and humourless. I am only renting a car after all, don't need the bells and whistles. HOWEVER waiting for close to 4 weeks for the return deposit is stretching things a bit far. Not the first time either, not sure why we have to beg to get our money released.
Useless...you ignore requests, you don't respond.........obviously making too much money to care for the small people.
Attempting to do an online transaction is impossible, after spending over R300 on airtime to the Biz banking department. There is not a single individual that can assist in getting a transaction processed. The account is useless, will be moving to another bank, that understands internet banking. Requiring 3 cell phones to do a transaction is ridiculous, because they are incapable of even changing a phone number on their system.
