****** of the HIGHEST ORDER!!! I requested a quotation to remove & replace a garage door panel from SA Garage and Roller Shutter Doors (that's the name that appears on their bank account), make it is also **** or ****. The other name they use is RDSA, the other one is Rollershutterdoors. You will have to choose which one is correct, you are on your own my fellow customer, you will be ****med. I accepted the quotation on 20th of June 2023 and transferred the money the same day so that they can fix the garage door ASAP. To date, almost 11 weeks now, and going for the third (3rd) month, no installation has happened. They keep on lying to me 24/7 saying someone is coming to make the installation. When their "bank account of lies goes insufficient, they do not answer their phone. When you persist an keep on phoning them, they will answer and immediately when they hear it is your voice, they will hang-up the phone from their side. Sometimes you will be "help" by a different person all the time. These ladies who normally answers the phones have PHD's in Lies and Dishonesty. They are all ********* and deceptive you will think they were trained to do that. You will be send from pillar-to-post by these ****mers. PLEASE DONT EVEN TRY TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Thieves !
They came out took my motor for reconditioning,it worked for a couple of days and then back to square one. I phoned and they said they would send someone out.Never did and are not taking my calls.They trade under different names (Universal Security,Garage doors and who knows how many others.I had an armed robbery at the end of June in my home(Not pleasant) and now I get robbed by petty thieves. These people need to be investigated ! I'm starting the ball rolling !

BAD service. Untrustworthy
Came to asses the non working D5 gate motor. Suggested a refurbishment - R2800 Returned next evening and fitted. Worked for a few times then stopped. Called them again, a different team arrives - now the motor must have a new battery - R850/ new gate wheels - R2400! They can't tell me what was refurbished on the motor. We now have a 2014 PC board and a 2015 motor. All not working. A new D5 motor will cost you R8800 from these guys! DO NOT USE THEM! Don't trust them!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Shocking Unproffessional service, we bought a new motor that worked for a day, and have been calling for a week now, countless calls and emails. Quentin is highly unproffessional and rude and probably has the worst etiquette. Companies like this , should be shut down, due to their way inferior service and manner . My advise, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Shocking Unproffessional service, we bought a new motor that worked for a day, and have been calling for a week now, countless calls and emails. Quentin is highly unproffessional and rude and probably has the worst etiquette. Companies like this , should be shut down, due to their way inferior service and manner . Unreliable, disgusting product and service!!!!!!
Bought their product which did not work properly and gave me endless problems. I contacted the owner Quinton many times to sort the problem out, he was very rude and never came to resolve the issue. I had to get a competitor to assist me who gave me 100% better service. If there was an option to choose no stars, that's what I would rate them. This company should be closed down!

Unreliable, disgusting product and service!!!!!!
Bought their product which did not work properly and gave me endless problems. I contacted the owner Quinton many times to sort the problem out, he was very rude and never came to resolve the issue. I had to get a competitor to assist me who gave me 100% better service. If there was an option to choose no stars, that's what I would rate them. This company should be closed down!

Very bad experience with this company. They reconditioned my gate motor and I bought 3 New remotes from them. I paid 3500 for the whole service. They left my gate not functioning well as it keeps opening itself after every 20 minutes. I called offices and they owner swore at me for laying a complaint. They don't know how to treat customers. Martin and his colleagues kept on promising to come fix the gate till today this was 2 weeks ago. My money is good enough for them but the service is utterly nonsense especially the owner. He needs to learn customer service. Dnt use this service provider as they think they can treat customers like they owe them a favour
