I requested a quotation to remove & replace a garage door panel from SA Garage and Roller Shutter Doors (that's the name that appears on their bank account), they use multiple company names to hide their ****ming ways. The other name they use is RDSA, the other one is Rollershutterdoors. You will have to choose which one is correct, you are on your own fellow customers, you will be dealt with in harsh way, they will “smash & grab” your hard earned money, you will never hear from them. I accepted the quotation on 20th of June 2023 and transferred the money the same day so that they can fix the garage door ASAP. To date, almost 11 weeks now, and going for the third (3rd) month, no installation has happened. They keep on lying to me 24/7 saying someone is coming to make the installation. When their "bank account of lies goes insufficient, they do not answer their phone. When you persist an keep on phoning them, they will answer and immediately when they hear it is your voice, they will hang-up the phone from their side. Sometimes you will be "help" by a different person all the time. These ladies who normally answers the phones have PHD's in Lies and Dishonesty. They are all parasites and deceptive you will think they were trained to do that. You will be send from pillar-to-post by these ********s. PLEASE DONT EVEN TRY TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THEM!

The previous week I've requested international call and data roaming from MTN-SA. I'm now in South Korea and I can't make calls, I'm stuck in a foreign country without a phone. I need to make calls, this is very urgent. Mtn-SA assured me that my sim card/cell number is activated for international roaming when I phoned-in before I left for overseas on the 7th April 2016. Their consultant allegedly told me everything was in order. This is such an absurd poor service. This make sick. I have send them Mtn-SA a couple of e-mails. My tracker unit has not worked for almost a week. Tracker keeps on giving me run-around about who should come and fix it. What's the purpose of paying for agility???
