Bought a 12 month subscription - we used in the first few months, due to vast array of channels, of varying image quality, first part of the movie would play fine, after 5-10 minutes, youd have to stop and play again, and we had issues limited device support, and no schedules, we gave up using it, we haven't used the service for months. We tried logging in, only to find we can no longer access the service. We tried contact them to no avail, To add insult to injury, They automatically renewed in March, we tried cancel and get a refund, again - we sent message via their site, no response. We tried to get our bank to reverse the debit order - since, they dont list an email address on their site, and only have the webform to submit - we dont have record of these, the bank refused to reverse, even when shown the HelloPeter complaints around the same issue.
