I only took out a month's subscription. Order #55307 is now deducted every month. Try to email them????? Literally no reply at all!!! Asked to reverse payment, no reply! Please please be very careful.

Stay away from sastreams.co.za
They don't even deserve the one star. We 'tested the water' and opted for a 1 month's subscription. Kept on having streaming disruptions, there were times during major sport events where it did not even work at all. The cherry on the cake was they deducted another month and now we apparently have to cancel the service even though we only subscribed for one month. This was the 2nd IP streaming service we tested, did not have the same 'cancellation' issue with the previous one we tested - bunch of sharks!

SA STREAMS - **** service!!!!!!!
**** horrible abusive service!!!! I am shocked! If I knew who this person was I would be at the police station right now. This is how you treat a paying customer, “ clown “ “ can’t follow instructions” and has now deleted all the emails. He is a tool!!! Nothing has ever worked properly! After a year of paying these idiots! DO NOT USE SA STREAMS!!!!!!!!!!!! WHO IS THIS PERSON ? I want to pay him a visit

Bought a 12 month subscription - we used in the first few months, due to vast array of channels, of varying image quality, first part of the movie would play fine, after 5-10 minutes, youd have to stop and play again, and we had issues limited device support, and no schedules, we gave up using it, we haven't used the service for months. We tried logging in, only to find we can no longer access the service. We tried contact them to no avail, To add insult to injury, They automatically renewed in March, we tried cancel and get a refund, again - we sent message via their site, no response. We tried to get our bank to reverse the debit order - since, they dont list an email address on their site, and only have the webform to submit - we dont have record of these, the bank refused to reverse, even when shown the HelloPeter complaints around the same issue. DO NOT SIGN UP.
