URGENT COMPLAINT: Dangerous/Inedible Skilpadjies purchased at Mushroom Farm, Waterfall Midrand
To whom it may concern, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and disgust regarding a purchase I made at your Mushroom Farm branch in Waterfall Midrand. I bought a batch of skilpadjies, and upon opening them, we were hit with an overwhelmingly strong, unpleasant smell that was immediately recognizable as spoilage. The smell was so pungent and foul that it physically caused my cousin to vomit instantly. This is completely unacceptable. Selling meat products in this state is not just a failure of quality control; it is a serious health hazard. It is deeply disturbing to think that your store is allowing putrid food to sit on the shelves. I expect a full refund and a proper explanation as to how food in this condition was sold to a customer. I will not be shopping at Checkers again until I am assured that the quality of fresh foods is taken seriously.

On the UCount Rewards Online Redemption Portal . 1: The user is logged out when being redirected to the "UCount Rewards Online Redemption Portal" 2. When the user wants to purchase e-voucher on the "UCount Rewards Online Redemption Portal checkout page" it logs out the user and then requests the user to login again. 3.After logging in at the check out page- it redirects the users to the ucount rewards main page where there users is suppose to to select"UCount Rewards Online Redemption Portal". At this stage number 1,2 and 3 reoccur"Infinitely"- The user cannot purchase e-Vouchers Its been behaving like this since 14/03/2022-Present

Rare pork Bangers complaint
I purchased a ready to eat meal(cooked) bacon ,egg and Pork bangers at Food lovers market at St George's mall in Cape town on 08/08/2018.I was shocked at the quality of the pork bangers as they were completely rare on the inside.Clearly these pork bangers are not fit for human consumption as rare pork is health hazard to consume. How does food lovers sell readily made pork bangers to the public knowingly that their pork bangers are under cooked?This can lead to Trichinosis-Now I have to incurr medical expenses to check if I am not infected by Trichinosis

Rotten chicken sold at the Food Kiosk
They Sold me rotten chicken at the food kiosk. It was so awful that the smell still remained on my hands after I washed my hands more than 3x.<br> <br> I am worried about the rest of the public that buys food at the very same Spar because Its food poisoning behind the counter

Fraud
I bought Dixion earphones on the 29-10-2014 and I was charged R249.95 for the entire purchase,however they gave me two receipts one stating that the total amount due is R49.95 and the other stating R249.95. My bank statement reflected a total transaction of R249.95 <br> <br> On the 07-01-2015 I go back to the same store to buy the same earphones after I had lost my set of earphones that I bought on the 29-10-2014 from the same store. At the till they bill me 49.95 so out of curiosity I ask the cashier why have they dropped so much in value. To my shock her response was\These earphones have always been R49.95. My response to her statement was"I was charged 249.95 for the same head phones in October 2014.<br> <br> So I had to bring my october proof of purchase and bank statement to show them that I was basically robbed money at the store.<br> <br> My cry is: if I had not lost my initial pair of earphones that I bought from the store"
