No point in specifying items.
I am insured for an Acer laptop with an Intel i7 processor and NVIDIA GeForce graphics card, but my insurer is now only offering to replace it with a laptop that has an i5 processor and no dedicated graphics card. A far cheaper and insufficient laptop for my needs.
The claim has also taken far too long to resolve, and communication from the insurer has been very slow and unhelpful, trying everything to delay the claim, although they specified it with the specific specifications.
