Marc Chait is the best in the business, from corporate to domestic rentals, over 11 years he has NEVER let me done once. Marc is a can-do person and has always gone above and beyond for both tenant and owner. He also recently conducted the sale of a unit I owned and as with everything he does it was an incredibly easy and comfortable experience. You will not go wrong with Sakstons Property Management.

Marc Chait is the best in the business, from corporate to domestic rentals, over 11 years he has NEVER let me done once. Marc is a can-do person and has always gone above and beyond for both tenant and owner. He also recently conducted the sale of a unit I owned and as with everything he does it was an incredibly easy and comfortable experience. You will not go wrong with Sakstons Property Management.

Horrible service
Good day all We were renting a property through Sakston property management, we signed a lease for 12 months. When we moved in the agent was not present to do the checks with us so we decided to take pictures and send them to him via WhatsApp and he still did not send people to come and fix. Our lease ended and we asked him to extend with one month because we were looking a proper and affordable place to rent. He told us he will send us a contract to sign which stated that we have to give 2 months notice of which we did. We moved out of the property and his refusing to pay back our deposit he says we don’t have any deposit due. He even hanged up the phone on me. We want to know what exactly did he fix and how much did it cost because when we moved in nothing was fixed why is he fixing with our deposit and why is he being rude. These people are quick to take your money but you won’t get your deposit back Now I have to involve attorneys guys be careful of this agency please 🙏

Sakstons Property Management - Best Property Management Company Around
Renting a new unit is daunting to say the least. I found a property through Saktsons Property Management. Marc Chait is one of the most professional rental agents I have ever worked through. From the start Marc took me through the entire process from beginning to end with absolute detail and went way over above any requests I had to make this a smooth transition for me. Would highly highly recommend Sakstons to rent or sell a property. Five stars is not enough. Thank you Sakstons!

The fastest, most efficient and professional service ever!
I had to move apartments in a matter of 4 days for business purposes, I contacted Cameron Hay with my ridiculous request and he hooked me up with the most gorgeous, clean, spacious apartment ever. He is exceptionally professional and friendly with a work ethic to be admired. I viewed the apartment a day after contacting him, fell in love with it and he had all the paper work finalized in a matter of hours + I got to move in earlier than planned. His dedication is much appreciated and even liased with me during his weekend to get everything sorted. Highly recommend Cameron Hay and Sakstons. You are guys are absolutely amazing!

Incredible Team at Sakstons!!
The Sakstons team helped me with a last minute rental move and it was the most seamless process ever!!! I engaged with 3 different team members and they were all extremely helpful and accommodating. From Cameron who organized a last minute viewing to Mark who dealt with the whole process and Kim who followed up and was so excited I secured the unit. They were all fabulous and I highly recommend them to all prospective tenants!!
