The worst bank to invest your money, we invested money and tried to withdraw it last week, we were told to wait for 5 working days it has been 7 working days still no funds.
I’m a resident at Sunninghill ever since last year December we have been having power outages, The month of march has been the worst we are always throwing away food. We only have power for 2/3 times in a week the other days there is no power. When we lodge our complaint to Thando Ntsada and Rhandzu Mabasa we are never assisted we haven’t had electricity since yesterday afternoon till now the response I received was that I should investigate on my side as well… or when you phone the they will cut the call short and tell you that they getting into a meeting. Our reference number is 937602350.
Bought a pair of shoes worth 1600 I only wore them once and they broke and I was told I cannot be assisted even if I show them my bank statement.
I’m paying R595 per month unlimited WiFi, but from 18:30 the network is poor
yesterday I COMPLAINED about a policy I WANT TO CANCEL. I was told the matter will be looked at. My review has been cancelled on hello peter, I am still not assisted. I am now forced to change my bank account because clearly you are planning to debit money in my account even after I INSTRUCTED you to cancel the policy.
My policy number is 1048449154 I sent an email on the 15th of August requesting to cancel this policy. I have not received any feedback from you and you still attempting to collect money from my account. Can this policy be cancelled with immediate effect. regards,
Good day all We were renting a property through Sakston property management, we signed a lease for 12 months. When we moved in the agent was not present to do the checks with us so we decided to take pictures and send them to him via WhatsApp and he still did not send people to come and fix. Our lease ended and we asked him to extend with one month because we were looking a proper and affordable place to rent. He told us he will send us a contract to sign which stated that we have to give 2 months notice of which we did. We moved out of the property and his refusing to pay back our deposit he says we don’t have any deposit due. He even hanged up the phone on me. We want to know what exactly did he fix and how much did it cost because when we moved in nothing was fixed why is he fixing with our deposit and why is he being rude. These people are quick to take your money but you won’t get your deposit back Now I have to involve attorneys guys be careful of this agency please 🙏
I laid a complain last week and explained to the complains department that I am not happy with your response and how things are conducted. and now I am being ignored no one is answering my calls nor emails. whoever has a policy with old mutual ai ... I DONT KNOW WHAT ADVICE TO GIVE YOU AT THIS POINT.
My dad retired in 2020 and one of your consultants went to his work place to make him sign a policy he doesn’t understand. Your company has more than R300 000 of his pension fund which he worked more than 40years for at the mine and your are refusing to give him his money God only knows why? How can you work so hard for your money and only get R2000 a month out of it a month when everything is soo expensive lately? I mean that is his money and he worked hard for it why is it soo difficult for old mutual to give him back his money? This is his money he worked for it it’s not your money why must he be told by your Company how and when to spend it ??? When we go to the branch no one wants to assist us.
I cannot believe I was requested different documents for a whole week going back and forth being told to certify etc and receive an sms that my claim is declined. When I ask for the policy to be cancelled no one is willing to assist I’m being Transferred to different agents and they are even laughing at me. I’m disappointed in your service
