Not impressed with this company's online retail service at all. There is lack of communication, no false promises, no follow ups, unanswered calls and ignored whatsapps. Despite their wonderful Instagram and Facebook presence, this company is giving strong scam vibes. Here is what you can expect: 08/09 Purchased a hoop and sent the proof of payment. In the very same mail I asked how long the process will take before I received it since it's delivery was urgent. 09/09 - 11/09 all calls are unanswered, whatsapps ignored. 12/09 received an email from Caitlin saying 2/3 days and an additional 24 hours for delivery. Its now the 21st and there is still no hoop in sight. Calls are still being unanswered but since I have Truecaller Premium, I can see that Caitlin Louise looked me up so she is aware that I called. I do not recommend them at all and they need to get their **** together and issue a refund. Beyond ****ed off with them because they have caused a major inconvenience for a regional competition my child has this week.
I have used takealot repeatedly this year. I've always received my good in excellent condition, nicely packaged and always earlier than estimated. Love them!

Highly inefficient, non communicative, false representation. Its been 2 weeks since trying to cancel my policies and get a refund. Every week a consultant (first Koketso then Brent Lee) tells me my policy has been terminated and that I will receive my refund within 3 days. After two weeks I received confirmation of termination but still no refund. These insurers will frustrate you with lack of communication and consistency on their end. Also their tendency of changing the date they withdraw their premium from you will leave you genuinely irritated because you incur the unnecessary charges of R150 because of them changing the mandate monthly. They really need to get their **** together.
I go to Sorbet every single month and have been doing so for years. The service received at both Mall of the South Sorbets are absolutely putrid. You enter the place and receive absolutely no acknowledgement. They cancel your booking due to load shedding and don't bother to call and inform you of this- resulting in a very unnecessary drive back to the mall. As I enter, they started closing the door in front of me and rudely telling me there is no lights. I ask for alternative arrangements and there's silence and side eyes. Very disappointed in their lack of communication and professionalism that's come to be associated with Sorbet. Perhaps they need the same training as the staff in Mandela Square or Rosebank. Definitely not supporting Sorbet any longer. The owner needs to take action and be more responsive regarding the terrible service and deserved poor online reviews.

Absolutely brilliant. They are so accommodating and prompt with lessons. Instructor, Steven, arrived earlier than scheduled in a lovely car and was brilliant with how he spreads out lessons. Within 2 lessons I was confident behind the wheel on main roads, pot holed streets, inclines, speed bump roads and everything in between. Thanks Pace!!
I live her, my room is privately owned and is in immaculate shape. There's an abundance of natural light, sparkling tiles, spacious rooms and just all round beautiful. BUT THE SECURITY STAFF IS ****** FRUSTRATING. Their attitudes are just rotten and entirely unnecessary. They leave visitors with no directive and dont notify you when you have guests. You have to pry everything out of them from the time you enter the place they just slow and nonchalant. They building has stupid rules with a very moody building manager, for example when you move in, you have to schedule all deliveries/parcels to arrive after 4pm for absolutely no reason whatsoever. The security is tight but the secutity staff extremely annoying.
