I visited the Durbanville branch for dinner on Saturday 16th August a cold winter's evening (twice). The 1st and the last time. The service and total experience was a nightmare not to be repeated. Firstly, when we entered, there were about 6 - 8 guests seated in the place. Our host wouldn't let us sit at an open table across the fireplace as it ''is a 4 seater and you're only 2 people''. We graciously moved to a 2 seater next to the fireplace closer the glass doors. When we received our meal order, there was tuna instead of salmon in the sushi and the chicken portions in the noodle dish was triple bite sized. Our waitress tried to convince us to believe that their salmon ''looks like that'' and their tuna ''it's very red, not like the salmon in the sushi''. Then one of the staff opens a door behind my wife letting the very cold air onto her back. When she enquired about this, she was told ''the other patrons (seated in front of the fireplace where we were refused) did not like the smokey air in the restaurant. That, right there, was our best sign to vacate the building................and we did. Much to the giggling of some of the staff
