SAVING GRACE EDUCATIONAL GROUP
Based on recent customer reviews, Saving Grace Educational Group receives deeply polarized feedback. Positive reviewers praise dedicated staff members, flexible online learning, engaging curriculum, and life-changing support for learners with special needs. However, a significant number of parents report severe communication breakdowns, delayed course content on the Canvas platform, unresponsive emails and phone lines, and broken promises after fees are paid. Several reviewers note that service quality declined sharply after key staff departures, particularly Carmelita and Dee, suggesting the institution is struggling to maintain standards amid rapid growth.

To each and every one at Saving Grace from the bottom of my heart thank you! All your hard work, sacrifices, dedication, loyalty, love and care does not go unnoticed. When I see the progress my child has made and the confidence gained, it makes this proud mama's heart beat like a drum!!! Thank you Saving Grace, I will sing your praises till my last breath and if life permits that I may have grandchildren one day, I will motivate and encourage for them to enroll with you too, because that is how much faith we have in you.

I have to agree that the glowing reviews have to be ****s. The customer care is absolutely non existent at Saving Grace! I've called email and WhatsApped only to be ignored or told that I will be called back. Very quick to take your money and no assistance is provided!!!! How is this legal. Will be taking the matter up further with my lawyers. Absolutely disgusted.

My assumption is the staff at this institution writes the positive reviews and real parents are the ones who are complaining. From all complaints I have experienced exactly the same thing and still do. Right now it's mid February, my son has only received work for week one in English and Afrikaans. I sent an email as usual no one will respond. Why run an online school if you lack in customer service, online service requires a strong online communication. We cannot be expected to call the school every time we need a service. And why is the school work not loaded on time?? This is the worst institution, I am hoping to move my son next term. This has been nothing but absolute pain. SAVING GRACE YOU ARE A PAIN HONESTLY. Loading your own positive reviews shows that you dont take us seriously and are not willing to change. Either you are writing your own reviews or you are providing good service to a specific group and the rest of us must just pay and suffer.I will address this matter with the governing agencies. I am already sick of this institution

We have been with Saving Grace Education Group for a few years now, and overall it has been a good journey for our family. This year definitely started off more difficult than previous years. There were delays with some content and communication felt slower at times, which was frustrating, especially at the beginning of the term when parents and learners want everything running smoothly. However, having been with the school for several years, I could also see that these challenges were largely due to growth. The school is clearly getting bigger and moving into improved systems, and transitions like this are never easy. What I appreciated was that updates and improvements did start coming through as the weeks went on. The new Canvas platform is actually a big improvement for the children. It looks more organised, is easier to navigate, and helps learners keep track of their subjects better than before. My child has adjusted well to it and seems more independent with schoolwork now. Pros for us have always been the flexibility of online learning, supportive teachers, and a curriculum that continues to improve each year. A con would be that communication during busy periods can still improve, especially when many parents are asking questions at the same time. Overall, we understand that growth comes with challenges, and as long-term parents we can see the effort being made to build something better for the children. We are hopeful and look forward to seeing how the school continues to develop.

We enrolled our child with Saving Grace Education Group and have had a very positive experience overall. As with any growing online school, there were small delays at the beginning of the term while content was being updated, but the team communicated and worked continuously to improve the learning experience. What stood out for us is the level of care and effort put into the curriculum. The lessons are engaging, structured, and clearly designed to help learners understand the work rather than just complete tasks. Our child especially enjoys the flexibility of learning from home while still following a structured academic programme. The administration team has been supportive whenever we needed assistance, and we have seen noticeable improvements in communication and systems as the school expands. It is clear that the organisation is investing time into improving content and technology to benefit students long-term. We appreciate the vision behind Saving Grace Education Group — making quality education more accessible while adapting to modern learning needs. We are happy with our decision and look forward to continuing the journey with them.

Their communication is so incredibly poor. They have absolutely no empathy for people. When Carmelita was employed there she was on the ball and gave us feedback and was always helpful. Whoever is there now is so ****ty. They come across as completely uneducated and the only thing they are interested in is money. Not an ounce of professionalism and empathy in them . Absolutely disappointing and disgusting

I enrolled my daughter to do Cambridge with this online school, and what a nightmare it has been. At first, there was constant communication during the application process. However, after I paid the registration fee and the first month’s school fees, communication almost ceased. I tried for weeks to reach out to them, notifying them that my daughter had no courses reflecting on her dashboard (which they call Canvas). When I did manage to get hold of someone, I was given promise after promise. First, I was told to wait two to three days, then three more days, then until the end of January, then the middle of January. Bear in mind that my child was sitting at home with nothing to do. I eventually accepted that I was ****med and switched to Cambrilearn, which I highly recommend.
