Their communication is so incredibly poor. They have absolutely no empathy for people. When Carmelita was employed there she was on the ball and gave us feedback and was always helpful. Whoever is there now is so ****ty. They come across as completely uneducated and the only thing they are interested in is money. Not an ounce of professionalism and empathy in them . Absolutely disappointing and disgusting
I have tried contacting them via email and WhatsApp to no avail. I have paid my daughters fees and yet I still get notices about payment and they haven’t sent her report. Absolutely atrocious service from a school!
I cancelled my insurance and received a cancellation confirmation letter yet they have debited twice since then !!!!! I have debits that’s bounced now and have negatively impacted my credit score!!!!! Budget is completely ***********!!!! They give a **** about about how this affects me !!!! USELESS PATHETIC SERVICE who is going to rectify my credit score, I’m just starting with life and on no fault of mine my credit score is getting ****ed up because Budget insurance is useless and have *****s working there!!!!
Once again we are without internet access!!! Zoom Fibre through Vodacom...... Absolutely ********** feedback. I called 3 times and got 3 different explanations! Vodacom you guys are hiring absolute *****s with zero customer ethics. Not all of them but the majority of them. Pathetic resolve time from zoom but will be expecting payments on time!!!!
I placed an order with Zoom fibre via Mweb, it has been an absolute nightmare and an extremely frustrating experience. Firstly no one responds accordingly and then there is no one you can actually talk too. Everything is automated and when you call the call centre you have to wait incredibly long times. This has been going on since the beginning of May. It so pathetic because zoom says call Mweb and Mweb says Zoom.
We have just app**** for Zoom fibre via Mweb , the application process is pathetic , the communication is disgusting and nonexistent. Yet they have debited me…..no communication whatsoever to let us know.i have emailed , sent WhatsApp’s , online chat and tried calling but to no avail. It’s most frustrating as we work from home and my sister does online schooling.
Only after posting on this platform did someone respond but was of absolutely no help. The reason for that call was to say we are attending to your problem. Not that they are actually doing something about it. It’s now day 3 without internet and no one ****ing knows anything! ****ty service from both zoom and Vodacom.
Pathetic service fibre has been down for more than 24hrs. Call Center knows ****all. They are getting paid for nothing. It’s been 24 hrs and no technician has been assigned we have kids doing online school and working from home
My issue is with the delivery service!!! It is so disgusting , you guys are so quick to take money but i have been waiting for over an hour for burger and chips! If you cannot provide proper basic service that you advertise then stop ****ing doing it....stop the delivery service. Its so pathetic that good food gets overshadowed by horrible service delivery
I recently relocated and only zoom fibre through vodacom is available at my new place. The experience has been **********! The router was delivered late , the call center gives you half information, finally after 2 weeks of moving the router and zoom box was installed. Now we are awaiting activation and no one knows why it is taking so long!. The call center says their turn around time is 48hrs .......its been 72 hrs!!!!! Telkom was so efficient .....unfortunately they are not in my area. Vodacom is so useless on so many levels but we have no choice. Customer service in SA is sad but they are happily collecting an undeserved paycheck!
