My assumption is the staff at this institution writes the positive reviews and real parents are the ones who are complaining. From all complaints I have experienced exactly the same thing and still do. Right now it's mid February, my son has only received work for week one in English and Afrikaans. I sent an email as usual no one will respond. Why run an online school if you lack in customer service, online service requires a strong online communication. We cannot be expected to call the school every time we need a service. And why is the school work not loaded on time?? This is the worst institution, I am hoping to move my son next term. This has been nothing but absolute pain. SAVING GRACE YOU ARE A PAIN HONESTLY. Loading your own positive reviews shows that you dont take us seriously and are not willing to change. Either you are writing your own reviews or you are providing good service to a specific group and the rest of us must just pay and suffer.I will address this matter with the governing agencies. I am already sick of this institution
Utterly disappointed, it's the last week of January. We are rushed into paying fees but there's no service. This institution doesn't even respond to our emails, been sending an email from the 14th. Once you make your first payment they ignore your emails, feels like you are talking to a wall, all they do is send a generic email stating they are not *****sters but there's no service at all. My greatest regret select this institution over others in the market. I dont even know if my child will ever get what he needs or I have to count it as a loss and move on
I sent a complaint about the managing agent in the complex I was staying. It just so happens that at the time I had sold my property and the property was transferred after I logged a complaint and we were in the middle of the case. The official dumped the case and closed it because it was registered to someone else while I was busy with them. I tried to send a complaint but I was slapped with a letter that they are closing my case..That is so unprofessional and totally unacceptable
I submitted my claim on the 11th of January for my provident fund. On the 18th of March, claim was still not processed when we ( previous HR manager and myself) are expecting a payout, we instead met with a very dismissive email. They are still processing, for two whole months. I have never met such unprofessionalism and lack of care. Their WhatsApp services is the worst, it immediately states that there's no info on my claim, meaning nothing has been done yet. My previous company was with Old Mutual within a month my claim was processed and paid. These ones no communication, just a stupid whatsapp line that's not even helpful. I wish companies could read the number of reviews and stay away from this company. Its a headeache. I will never invest with them again. NEVER and can I please have my money
I have learned today that Showmax doesn’t value me as a customer. I mean how do they updraft their app and then tell me that I need buy a new smart to because their app will not work on my tv. Netflix upgraded recently and we never had a problem, it was a smooth transition. But then again we are expecting too much from Multichoice, they are just outdoing themselves in giving trashy services. I stoped DSTV subscription thinking I have better on Showmax but now Multichoice is proving that they are just not for retaining customers. We are not important that’s why their upgrades cut off certain devices that some customers are using because they don’t need us. Imagine cutting off a whole TV and your consultants have the guts to tell me to stream using my phone. I am of no value to you. Bye
I took my polo to the Glen because it has a wate leakage<br> And the reason I took it there is, after years I ffound out that my car has a warranty and was about to eexpire. I took the car there but I must tell you the service I got from switchboard lady and later the consultant was terrible. The consultant advised us that the vehicle would be diagnosed and then it will be sent to Bidvest for approval and if not approved we have to pay almost a thousand rand for diagnosis only. But initially the agreement was that thecar was not going to be kept at vow but will have to be brought back after the approval which can take over 24hrs. After the ddiagnosis was done, Bidvestddeclined the claim. Vw refused to release my car evenaafter telling them payment will be made though the so called diagnosis did not find anything except what we told them. I am stranded without transport and my kids won't have transport because of this<br> All they care about is the money they make. After paying them this amount i still have to go and fix my car. Never again in my life will i purchase a VW. No service just greed
