Excellent service
I was extremely hesitant to order initially. However the products were delivered 2 days later. Quality of the blinds is fantastic. Good quality and the materials are top notch. Avoid the resellers at china malls - These guys are proper. Will do business again soon.

Excellent service

Bad after sale service
Ordered blinds of specific size. Blinds were not the correct size. Emailed them with photo proof and have not heard anything back in a couple of days.

Pain-free online roller blind order
It was a pain-free process to order online a custom-made printed roller blind. They provided all the necessary measuring guidelines and advice, and the blind fitted perfectly. Good quality metal controls were used and not plastic, which was awesome. The printing on the blind came out looking beautiful. The delivery to the farm was without hassle. The only negative was that I waited about a month for the blind.

Pain-free online roller blind order
It was a pain-free process to order online a custom-made printed roller blind. They provided all the necessary measuring guidelines and advice, and the blind fitted perfectly. Good quality metal controls were used and not plastic, which was awesome. The printing on the blind came out looking beautiful. The delivery to the farm was without hassle. The only negative was that I waited about a month for the blind.

Prompt service
I ordered roller blinds on the 13th of January, they arrived quicker than expected on the 18th via courier. The blinds were very well packaged, the blinds themselves were as ordered. The installation process was relatively easy. I would definitely use BlindsDirect again.

Online ordering experience excellent customer service measurement amendment excellent delivery from date of order excellent courier service excellent online payment platform excellent DIY fitting made so easy mounting *****s could be a bit longer I replaced these. Over all I ask myself-WHY DID I NOT DO MY WHOLE HOUSE WITH BLINDS DIRECT …. discovered the company too late my loss I would have given five stars but found a few pressed stitching on pvc panel was loose
