Car delivered with 100km extra already on odometer reading compared to what is captured on report. Link for reporting pre-existing damage already closed when car got delivered. Call centre can't do anything but refer you to branch. Branch only send existing report, no new link or anything.
Prompt delivery of all requested samples clearly marked. Excellent service.
Luno locked my account without providing reason, preventing me access to my own money. When my account was hacked in 2017 they did sweet blue ******-all about it, but now when I am trying to get my bit of money out of there, the lock the account, asking for very old bank statements, crazy photos etc. Promised to phone me on Thursday 7 March 2024. It is Tuesday 12 March 2024, and I am still waiting for that promised phone call!
Worst courier service ever. Received sms "out for delivery" a day ago. Waited today the whole day. Phoned call centre, promised delivery before 4PM. It is now after 5PM and now no-one is responding. Rather use any other courier service.
Makro Vaal liquor shop is canceling entire order after 4 days due to no stock. All items showed available when order was placed. It is impossible that everything is out of stock at once. Now I have to wait another 2-10 days to get my money back.
Tuesday 28 May 2019 I have phoned the DSTV call center to cancel my account (28 May was also the date at which payment was due for the new month), after which it was also confirmed that there were NO outstanding fees. Now, more than a month later on 15 July 2019 I get a call that there is R205 outstanding on my account and that services have been disconnected on 4 June due to non payment. I have asked for the services to be stopped, duh! And for what is the R205???? I have cancelled my DSTV at the end date of the payment cycle. I never ever want to do business with them again.
I have recently (well 3 months back already) done a online upgrade, which after 2 months of struggle and phone calls eventually is active now. However, a Contract cover Insurance has been added to my monthly bill, something which I never asked for or agreed to. To make things even worse, it seems that no one can cancel it - not Vodacom, nor Cellsure. I have spent more than an hour on the phone with both of these and to date have not been abled to get this cancelled!! You cannot charge me for something that was not part of the original agreement!!
My contract has come to an end on 23 November 2018 (which I was aware of way in advance), so I have done an upgrade online on 22 October 2018. Since then Vodacom has dispatched my delivery via RAM couriers twice - both times providing them an incorrect address and an incorrect contact number for me. HOW DO YOU DO THAT? ALL MY INFO IS RIGHT THERE ON YOUR SYSTEM. Furthermore, it is now 29 November 2018, and I am still not on my new contract, being billed now on a month-to-month basis for the old contract. When I phone the call center, I am promised that everything is fixed and sorted, just so that I can find out later it was not the case. Also - the amount quoted the last time over the phone is higher than the amount I have done the upgrade for (for which I also have a confirmation letter). HOW DO YOU CHANGE THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT WITHOUT CONTACTING ME. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

I pay my dstv account annually and my last payment was made end of March 2017, and I have confirmed with them: next payment is due in March 2018. Suddenly early September I have started receiving sms messages saying that my account is in arrears. I phoned the call centre twice and they promised me that the issue was resolved and my viewing will not be interrupted. Two weeks later I received another sms saying that my dstv viewing has been suspended. I phoned again, they enabled my dstv viewing and escalated the issue - saying I will receive feedback within 48 hours. A week later, no feedback and my viewing suspended again. Phoned again, they enable my viewing again, saying I will receive feedback and confirmation on the same day that the issue is fixed. Well it is 2 days later, still no feedback, and sms that say my viewing will be suspended again... I HAVE PAID FOR A YEAR OF VIEWING, NOW THEY DISCONNECT IT AFTER 6 MONTHS! PAY BACK MY MONEY!
