Ordered blinds of specific size. Blinds were not the correct size. Emailed them with photo proof and have not heard anything back in a couple of days.
Order took a week to be processed and even then communication was almost non-existant. Received the parcel of unfrozen pinkies with mold and a terrible smell. Emailed Kevin with this but he did not even answer my email. Definitely staying away from them in the future
I would give 0 stars if possible. I canceled my adsl line with them because of very poor service and 30% of the speed promised. Then, to my regret, choose them because of their good price on fibre. I have yet to receive the speed they promised. I usually get between 5-8mbps speed and I pay for 25mbps fibre. I tested again tonight after realizing I cannot do anything online, and it was 2.5mbps. 10% of what I pay for. 2 months back I had the same issue. After 30min on the phone (on my account) the reset the line and it returned to 24mbps. Unfortunately the next day it was back to 8mbps speed. Useless Useless Useless! Just like always! Will be moving to anyone but them
I recently purchased R200 worth of caramel macadamia nuts at Food lover in Rooihuiskraal. The nuts were awefully stale and some were starting to rot. I phoned them and asked for an email address so I could send them the proof, but more than a week later I still have not had any reply. If the nuts don't fall out freely, don't buy them, they are passed their expiry date
Once again. AS EVERY SINGLE TIME BEFORE! I downgraded my package last week, but immediately after I received an sms saying my balance due is still the normal R934. I am not actually the amazed since this has never worked before. I downgraded, they did downgrade my package, but still charged me for the premium package. Please sort out your system. I have spent hours in total on the phone to downgrade and each time it fails. I get downgraded but still charged! WHY WHY WHY?
We had a parcel that was being delivered by Dawn Wing. The driver phoned my wife to say he is 10 minutes away, but 2 hours later he was yet to arrive. Then she received an sms saying that we are his next stop. Still nobody arrived. I do not know where the courier delivered our parcel, but it was not at our address. I tracked the parcel and it shows delivered to someone with a different surname. The drivers name is McDonald Leta
Once again multichoice failed with my downgrade. I phoned on my debit order date as I was instructed before, yet they deducted the full Premium subscription amount but downgraded my service. No refund yet. Same issue every time I downgrade. Wasting hours on the phone to eventually get my refund. So sick and tired of this incompetent company. I even told the person on the phone that he should schedule a refund and he assured me that it is not necessary and that they would downgrade and only pay the downgrade amount
I contacted Defy Polokwane and spoke to Emmanuelle in charge of parts. I sent him photos and codes of the fittings and the lamp I was looking for (for my extractor lights). He sent me a part number and after about two weeks of constant attempts I got a a quote and arranged with a courier to pick up the parts. Today I opened them and they sent me a complete set of fittings and globe. The new parts are for 12VDC and the old ones are 240VAC as clearly shown in my photos. Most pathetic service from such a big company. Very unprofessional and clearly incompetent. Sent them photos of the parts I received next to the ones I requested. The are nothing alike and not nearly the same size.
My parcel was sent 8 days ago. It loaded on the delivery vehicle two days ago at 7 in the morning. Nobody answers the phone. After being on hold for more than an hour collectively I only got through twice. The polokwane branch phone is busy half the time and the other time nobody answers. I requested on the online form that someone phones me but more than a day later I just got an email saying that it was loaded in the delivery vehicle on Monday morning. I replied and asked why it wasn't delivered if it was already out for delivery. Nobody answered my email. The company that sent the parcel followed up and was told that it should be delivered today. It wasn't. They also informed the company that they do not know why it wasn't delivered 2 days ago. Pathetic service and even worse customer service.
We made an online purchase on 28 March 2020. On the 1st of April the items were delivered with almost a thousand rand worth of items missing. After emailing them about the missing items, they phoned to ask if we would like to be refunded or are we willing to wait until they can source the outstanding items. We chose to wait for the items. On the 10th of April we requested a refund since we already bought the items and have heard nothing from Game about the outstanding items or it's delivery. On the 15th of April they requested the banking details to do the refund. Follow ups (from our side) were done on 21,22,23 and 29 April. We still have not heard a thing from Game. We understand that during the lock-down period things are slow and resources few, but it has been almost a month since the refund was requested. The matter, apparently, has been sent to finance, and the importance level has been escalated on the 29th of April, but still we have heard nothing from Game about when the money will be paid. I have Contacted Seshni Govender at the online department twice now without any response. I tried phoning, but after no answer in 11 minutes, I hung up. This has now costed me more in time and phone calls than the almost R1000 they owe me. Most pathetic online store I have ever worked with. I will never shop with Game online again.
