Pet world Sea Point are professionals
Again, an excellent performance by Rose. I took a severely neglected Chinchilla Persian cat for grooming. When I collected the cat, I was traumatized and cried. It was knotted to the skin. Rose, a master at her craft, handled it magnificently. Don pacified me, as I was so disturbed. A true gentleman. Thank you to both.

pavilion needs to improve
This was once like a second home to me while growing up in Sea Point. If only the staff didn't sit around all day by the pool area or garden that would be nice also the shop there has a very limited yet over priced selection of products. the life guards actually swim with the people and if we just wants to chill in the water they complain and say we have to be swimming which makes no sense.

So unprofessional
Hi.. I was at Seapoint Pavilion and I was so upset with the Service at the Front desk, their Wesite says R17 entry fee and On arrival they Saud it's Almost R30.. I told them and we ended up having a Huge argument

False advertising
People with their families and small kids gets here early thinking this place opens at 07:00 as per the website...only to be told it's opening at 10! I think this is extremely inconsiderate and this can be seen as false advertising.<br> At 07:00 the place is still filthy and staff is only walking in. The pavilion doesn't even open @ 10.
