Why does MTN offer deals when they cant deliver on their promise to provide yet consumers are expected pay when payment is due. I took out a galaxy note ultra contract which comes with a free TV and voucher which is to the value of R5000.00 I did not get a voucher nor did I get a TV. The best part is when I emailed you about this I got told you were busy with this its almost 3 months later. Thank the good Lord for the Western Cape Consumer Protector I will get what is owed to me.
I upgraded to the Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra which with the contract I took was suppose to come with a free TV and gift. So I emailed both MTN and Samsung hoping there would have been some feedback however neither of them replied. Must say wow Samsung did not expect this from you!
This was once like a second home to me while growing up in Sea Point. If only the staff didn't sit around all day by the pool area or garden that would be nice also the shop there has a very limited yet over priced selection of products. the life guards actually swim with the people and if we just wants to chill in the water they complain and say we have to be swimming which makes no sense.
<p>I have been with telkom for almost a year and never had any problems, but the beginning of April things changed. Telkom starting double charging me stating there was insufficeint funds. I checked with my bank to see if I was in the wrong but there was no debit order I paid the penalty thinking i really dont feel like fighting with a company that is both unprofessional and unhelpful. On the 06/05/2017 the same issue occured and I argued with telkom who just simply did not care, again i paid the amount think this time i will montor the issue. To my dissappointment telkom again applied a penalty but twice suspended my account and said they cant help again i called and spoke to Xtobisa who was really unhelpful who could not address the issue refused to escalate this to a supervisor/ manager advised even if i paid like previously they would not reactivate my line this month but only after the next debit order whch by the way is R200.00 but im paying 3 times the amount the reference they gave me was ********** 8.</p>
