Abuse of power
**** recruiting and asking for *** to hire women at OR Tambo by the guy called Mike. He asked to sleep with my sister so he can give her a job. He also told my sister the company makes money at airport by allowing people with no documents pass and claim 10k from them

Riverside Mall (FNB )
I must say Securitas has one in a million employee, at Riverside Mall when he handled the situation at FNB with so much patience and integrity. The lady "Michell" was making it very hard for the staff at FNB with all her shouting and screaming but Mr Bushula (hope Im spelling it right) did his job,give that guy a raise Securitas

I must say Securitas has one in a million employee, at Riverside Mall when he handled the situation at FNB with so much patience and integrity. Prejudice and incompetency
There is an *********** lady employed by Securitas specialize who has been withholding my provident fund claim condiments since September last year. Regrettably, she is unresponsive to calls and emails, and I have been unable to get in touch with her despite numerous attempts. With only her contact information available and the physical distance between us (I am in Cape Town, and she is in Johannesburg), I am unsure of how to proceed. Can anyone advise me on the best course of action?

Harrassment.
On the 4th of November 2023, sometime between 20:00 -21:00 in Summer when it was still light outside, my wife was walking as part of her exercise rounds when the security from Securitas started chasing her for no reason at all without even giving a reason. I find this very disrespectful and uncalled for. It doesn't matter if you are a security officer you serve the public and you should not randomly be frightening people for no apparent reason. This happend in Burgundy Estate. I would appreciate it this gets looked into and that you keep your Security in check so that they do not go around harassing my wife and also other ladies. This is obviously not the first time this has happened as can be seen in this forum. Please discuss this and have this resolved as this is not acceptable behaviour from those we trust to protect our loved ones.

No response despite promises
Towards the end of last year I phoned them repeatedly and also sent several messages requesting assistance with a change in medical fund option. Despite promises, I never even got a call or any reply whatsoever, forcing me to eventually change brokers in order to get assistance.

Securitas the worst place to do security grades you will wait till Jesus come for your sertificates
Today I write this review with a bitter taste in my mouth I paid 1640 for grades EDC that was the 19 January I finished the grades in 3 weeks I went back last week to be told my sertificates is not printed I must come back the 5March people please don't do the same mistake as me this is so unprofessional for a paying customer yet you have people doing it for free
