Were their on Saterday but was not allowed to take the product that same day it apparently had to be cleared. Arranged that I would pic it up on Tuesday and just mere hours before I was to pick it up they phoned and said it haven't been cleared yet and that I'd have to wait till the next day to get it cleared. Not very friendly customer service at all

I've had my Seiko Astron for roughly 10 years, it never leaves my wrist, so the silicon strap was starting to look tired. I went into Seiko Boutique Woodlands to inquire about the replacement strap. I was informed that the watch would have to be sent into their repairs department (5-6 weeks) and, to top it off, I would have to pay for the new strap upfront (R6500). Needless to say I walked out of the shop very disappointed. Anyway, to cut a long story short I ended up ordering a replacement strap from the UK (genuine Seiko strap + strap changing tool) on Thursday and fitted it myself this morning (Monday). Nowhere near 5 weeks and a fair bit cheaper than R6500. BTW Seiko Boutique I'm still waiting for your repairs department to send through the official quote!

Worst online shopping experience ever. Be prepared to get zero customer service with plenty of excuses for terrible service, after you paid a fortune for a watch. It’s quicker and cheaper to order a watch from Amazon in America.

Gave im my grandfathers watch more than 3 weeks ago. They told me they will contact me within 2 weeks to give me a quote on the watch, and it would then take 8weeks to be fixed. Called 2 days ago and the gentleman said they will call me within the day. Called again 2 days later and a lady(@woodlands Seiko) told me that it would take 8 weeks to get a quote then it will only be fixed. I tried to explain to her that they told me 2weeks and I will get a quote but she was so rude and kept interrupting me. She told me that i am not the only customer who wants everything done over night..... That was not my point if you would have let me speak you would understand why I am upset. They told me one thing and it was a lie. She then told me that they might not even have parts for the watch. She was so rude, and her customer service s****s suck. I hope that call was recorded so that she can hear herself get defensive and rude to a simple enquiry. I was told one thing and it was not the truth. When I bring it up in a call I'm am apparently demanding for simply wanting a truthful time frame of when I can get a fixed watch back that has more sentimental value than you can think

Please be aware of Seiko watches, I have a Seiko Astron that is now not charging properly, it works on solar, I have contacted Treger Brands, the Seiko agent in South Africa plus I have contacted Seiko Japan and the expect me to pay R 6,000.00 before they will even look at the watch. They say this is for courier fees etc. to send the watch to Japan, I think this is a very expensive courier.
