Pathetic food with no refund

New years day 2022. Purchased food at Senor Calistos in the food court at Monte Casino. We took the food to our room at the hotel. On opening and tasting the chicken it tasted like rubber and was not fit for human consumption. The lady at the counter could not give us a refund. I then proceeded to call the owner who said his name was Abdul who stated that he was the owner. He sounded agro and said that he will send me a refund I should leave all my details with the cashier and he will do an EFT. To date no refund has been done. Will never visit or eat at this eatery again. I have told all my friends and colleagues as well to never eat at this eatery.
