Pathetic service at shazmins Mandela square
Absolutely pathetic service and extremely dry cheese cake. Please don’t waste your time going there

Shocked
Absolutely disgusting behavior. We were seated at the restaurant and all of a sudden hear someone shouting and screaming and swearing the staff at the back coming from the kitchen. Almost all the people in the restaurant were shocked. WOW will never ever visit there again and I had guests who I brought from America to come try out the restaurant. They were absolutely shocked Being a Muslim owned business it's absolutely disgusting behavior Will never advise anyone to go visit there. So many people are even making videos of this incident and posting it on social media

Absolutely disgusting behavior. We were seated at the restaurant and all of a sudden hear someone shouting and screaming and swearing the staff at the back coming from the kitchen. Almost all the people in the restaurant were shocked. WOW will never ever visit there again and I had guests who I brought from America to come try out the restaurant. Shazmin's patisserie poor service
We visited Shazmin's in Sandton city today. We were a party of five. When you eat out as a family, you want to eat together. Our order came in drips and drabs. My husband's tea came WITHOUT milk. We asked one waiter for milk because ours was now behind the counter making food, which I found strange. We waited, then eventually I got up to ask for the milk AGAIN. Then my husband noticed he didn't have a teas**** with his tea.😣 My daughter had to ask for her drink after a while. Then we asked for my daughter's order because we were eating and she had no food or drink yet. The atmosphere was ruined by the poor service. I refused to tip them. How can all the waiters leave the floor and go behind the counter to prepare orders? One waiter was even on his phone all the time. When our waiter went behind the counter to prepare food, we got another waiter who didn't know our order. Very disappointing. I was so looking forward to trying out this place for the first time.
