I tried calling the service department several times today. Every time they say service department is not available, give us your details and we’ll get someone to call you back. Nobody calls back. Absolutely pathetic service
I made a booking using voyager miles and paid for the taxes. However I need to cancel. When I called they told me you can’t cancel the ticket. I told them there must be a cancellation fee which I can pay and get some sort of refund. They said no. I’ll love the taxes and all the miles. What nonsense man. Absolutely ridiculous. I also made another booking a few months ago. I was charged twice. I contacted them many times but no help

I ordered last week for delivery on Monday the 2nd. They keep on delaying. Today they messaged again to say reschedule for the 9th. Unacceptable!!
Absolutely brainless. They ask for feedback but never get back to you. They take the baby’s pram at the plane door and send it to the luggage conveyer belt in the airport. Where’s the sense. Every other airline returns it to you when you disembark because you need it for the baby
My bag came off damaged and with the zip open on the luggage carousel. I contacted the airline who did absolutely nothing about it
Woolworths did not give me my quarterly cash back voucher for using the black credit card. They don’t seem to be interested in sorting it out. Please watch out for them and apply elsewhere for a card with someone who will honour their promises
Please do not ever buy from the vodapay shop. I mentioned this before. I thought by now they sorted out their issues but it seems as if things are worse. They took payment and cancelled orders and no talk about why or about refunds
I tried to get hold of Avis Cape Town airport branch. They just don’t answer. I called the call centre. They transferred me to the branch. I held on for 12 minutes and then the call got cut. This happened twice yesterday
The Vodabucks store is the worst place to buy anything. Please do not purchase any products from them. I ordered something last night and the system cancelled it for no apparent reason. I called Vodacom. They said we can’t do anything about the product and you have to wait for 7 days for a refund. I am now unable to buy it again until I get the refund and by then the product will probably be sold out
