Completely disappointed in shift canal walk. I have been calling from 8pm to place a phone order phone rings no one answers. Get to the store just before 8/30 for them to turn me away. Driving all the way just to be turned away is completely unacceptable especially when no one answers your calls or states that the kitchen closes at 8/30. Honestly didn't expect this, communication is key , I went there with hugg expectations as I was there two weeks prior and enjoyed the food and the service , today I get the worst service ever. Bad bad bad communication. Needs fixing asap.
