Good shoe, amazing service and no hassle delivery
I am very happy with Shoe Box. They offer convenient service and they delivered faster than I expected. The shoes were exactly what I expected, the size was correct and looks nice as advertised on their website. I have not worn the shoes to determine quality, I can only attest that they do not feel cheap or like plastic.

I love the Shoe Box.. Am on my 4th order all experiences have been great, fast delivery, good packaging, even the person delivering the items is Supa friendly and efficient. The range, sizing and pricing are amazing AND the frequency on specials is amazing.. Keep up the friendly, efficient and professional good work

I love the Shoe Box.. Am on my 4th order all experiences have been great, fast delivery, good packaging, even the person delivering the items is Supa friendly and efficient. They might as well ***** your money in aftercare service because there is no service
Terrible terrible, non-existent customer service. They will take your money and not refund you when you return an item. I lodged my return 15/09/2023. They only collected the shoes that I wanted to return 29/09/2023 after 2 weeks from the date I requested the return, and without contacting me on my cell to arrange a time or updating me even once. I have sent almost daily emails asking for updates and phone calls but got not one update from these people. Customer service like this is a sin in today’s world. And as it stands at the moment, this company has not updated me once and have ****** my money

I was a bit nervous to order shoes from Shoe Box because I hadn’t ordered before but the ordering online process was very easy, my shoes arrived the following day and a very friendly courier delivered them. Very happy all round!

I was referred by a friend regarding shoe box. Quick and easy online shopping. Convenient and reliable. I have bought 3 pairs of sneakers for work. The shoes are very comfortable affordable and stylish. Their delivery is soo Convenient and they only take a day or 2 to deliver. The drivers always call before delivery to make sure your availability. I have told family and friends about shoe box.
