Please assign a person to come and collect your router, I have had this router with me for the past 8 months, I logged a cancelation Monday. I told them to come to make sure it is collected by Friday, like I'm really annoyed with your service. Come and collect your router by Friday. Open serve said they will come on the 30th , they never came, I think i have been patient enough with open server and Vodacom 2 months now, i have to be the one doing follow-ups, i was promised to be connected on the 31st July, I'm still waiting for 2 months now, you have told me to be patient, i was patient now i have ran out of being patience, if I'm not connected by the 5th August 2025 come and collect your router, you are wasting my time i could have found myself an alternative.
This is my second complaint regarding the installation of my fiber service. When I initially requested the fiber connection, I specifically informed you of my need to cancel my current router and provided a 30-day notice. My request was that the fiber installation be scheduled promptly to avoid any lapse in my internet connectivity. While the router was eventually delivered after my previous complaint, I am still waiting for a technician to contact me to complete the fiber connection. Today is the 17th of June, and I am scheduled to be disconnected from my current internet service in just 13 days. As someone who works remotely and has online school classes, assignments, and exams requiring internet access, this continued delay is causing significant concern. The longer this is delayed, the more inclined I am to cancel this order altogether and seek a more reliable and convenient internet service provider. I am following up on the scheduled technician visit. I have contacted Vodacom fiber multiple times to inquire about the arrival time. Could you please provide an update on when I can expect the technician to arrive?
Soo really disappointed with your fiber and customer service, i have been waiting for the router to be delivered, the person who assisted me is ignoring me, yesterday portal shows delivery failed because of failed delivery. I want the same discount, your agent is telling me that it has to be a debit order now, why is not a debit order the last 2 years now your telling me about the debit. On Saturday, i went to click to buy small things , when i got to the till, the guy told me i have -30 rands that i need to pay. I said to him negative from where because i always buy cash., he rep**** , he does not know. I said to him no problem i will call the clicks customer service. I place an order with pick and pay ASAP today 1st of June 2024. My order was accepted 15:28 , now the time is 18:41, my order was not delivered. Why are you accepting orders if you know you won't deliver them, the ETA for the delivery kept changing. Your online service is not convenient and it's a waste of time, I placed and order for those items because I needed them today.
