Cool ideas took week’s and countless emails and calls to move our internet line to a new address. Just to suspend it a day later die to non-payment of the invoice for the previous address. Their agents assured me I will not be charged double because I moved my line and did not really cancel the service and also referred the new address holder to them as well. But once again, proving completely unreliable. Cool ideas please unsuspend my service and clear that invoice as you promised, I’m going to your social media next.

I heard the Santam adverti*****t to receive a Takealot voucher if they can not beat my insurance quote. I escalated this to their insurance department after they did not contact me. They did not offer a valuable response. I escalated this to their complaints team, They've still not contacted me. Please phone me.
Terrible terrible, non-existent customer service. They will take your money and not refund you when you return an item. I lodged my return 15/09/2023. They only collected the shoes that I wanted to return 29/09/2023 after 2 weeks from the date I requested the return, and without contacting me on my cell to arrange a time or updating me even once. I have sent almost daily emails asking for updates and phone calls but got not one update from these people. Customer service like this is a sin in today’s world. And as it stands at the moment, this company has not updated me once and have ****** my money
I moved my credit over from FNB to Discovery bank with a promise of a better interest rate. They have since just upper my interest rate to the max rate of 22.25% on my whole sum because I wanted to increase the limit. I phoned in and they could not help me. Don’t take their credit cards because any hope of a interest rate relief is a lie and short-lived.

My husband took me to LBV for our anniversary and it was such a treat. Never before have I been made to feel so special by the staff of ANY company... the waiter even escorted us to our car with an umbrella in the rainy weather afterwards and greeted us by name. <p>First the parking ticket does not work. We phone for assistance and pay the ticket. Then we go to the exit. The ticket does not work. We phone for assistance at the gate with people queing behind us and a baby screaming in the car. This machine is broken - we can not hear the lady speaking on the line. We have to go to another boom's intercom. There they tell us we have not paid. After a screaming match they eventually open the wrong boom - I have not in a long time come across such incompetence! Sis!</p>
