Terrible boss, someone who could only be described as a psychopathic dictator, constantly micro-managing his staff, exhibits extremely aggressive and toxic behaviour. There was not one member of staff who was not on some form of anti-anxiety medication every day, female staff were regularly in tears, one member had written up a suicide note and sent it to her family.

There are serious illegal activities that take place, including forging shipping documents as well as continues threats of salary deductions and bullying. Staff are demanded to "repair" damaged components by colouring them in with sharpies/markers.

You will not find one employee who will tell you otherwise. Steer clear of this business and it's owner, Deon Retief.
