I've placed an order on 13th August. My delivery address was missing a part and I've emailed Skinny Coffee to request an amendment. Delivery take 2-4 days and they've yet to respond. I feel I've been scammed as my money has already been taken. I've tried many other companies who have all been feaat at service delivery but Skinny Coffee has since been the worse. I'm awaiting my delivery and look forward to furthering this revolting service

Worst online company I ever had to deal with. They have false and misleading information/advertising on their site. They label all products to be a 28 Day Programme, when in fact none are accept for the plain Skinny Coffee. When questioned they are rude obnoxious, don't respond after email 1 and don't even attempt to be helpful or accommodating, and unable to give any explanation why they call it a 28 Day Programme, other than you just made an assumption and its impracticable for them to correctly label each product on the site... I would advice to never support a company like this.

i bought their 28 day Frappe program. I bought the product on the 1st of March, and received it on the 6th of March 2019. I used the last of the powder this morning (12 March 2019). When i contacted Skinny Coffee - i was told that, that was impossible! and no further correspondence was given. On the packet it instructs the user to mix 33g of powder with 100ml milk and 200ml water. The packet only weighs 330g in total!!!! According to my maths, the packet should have weighed 924g in order to have enough powder for you to be able to drink 1 shake a day. But since this is a meal replacement in essence, you should technically drink it 2 to 3 times day the 330g will NEVER last 28 days. I want a refund on my purchase as this is daylight robbery! To advertise something as a 28 day program, but only supply enough product for 10 days is fraud!

Hi Ord no 14687 I made a purchase to the value of R923.10 on Saturday 26 jan. Monday 27 jan i receive an email saying that they have received payment. I immediately emailed asking for the tracking number and when i will receive my order. I received a reply saying that payment has been received. I emailed two more times thereafter asking again for my tracking number and when im going to receive my order and still no reply to date! I decided to whatsapp the number on the contact us page. I messaged this person this morning asking about my order. I received a reply saying that he/she will check. After two hours i received no reply. I messaged asking for feedback and still no feedback. Three and a half hours later still no feedback. Really so unprofessional and such bad service. I mentioned that i will be complaining on hello Peter to which this person replied that i must bear with him/her as they are trying to track my order. Last message i received was at 16.44pm saying that i must be patient. I then messaged asking why they are unable to track it and what is the problem and still i have not received a reply yet this person has come online several times since my last message. I do not know whats the status of my order. So many days have gone by and i cant get any answers from these people! Why am i being kept in the dark about my order. Businesses should always update customers about the status of their order. Customers shouldnt be made to beg for their orders. Businesses like this should be shutdown!!
