Can I go -1000??? Most USELESS, INCOMPETANT, UNHELPFUL company ever. Need a tracker? Go somewhere else. Anywhere else is already better. Not one person I spoke with was interested in helping me, couldn't care I was in this predicament because their sales team is INCOMPETANT and the whole ordeal was their fault.
Worst online company I ever had to deal with. They have false and misleading information/advertising on their site. They label all products to be a 28 Day Programme, when in fact none are accept for the plain Skinny Coffee. When questioned they are rude obnoxious, don't respond after email 1 and don't even attempt to be helpful or accommodating, and unable to give any explanation why they call it a 28 Day Programme, other than you just made an assumption and its impracticable for them to correctly label each product on the site... I would advice to never support a company like this.
I would give this 5 stars if their website actually worked. I have been having endless troubles in trying to choose seats for my flight using their website and it just wont work. I still believe they have the worst website ever. But I wrote a very angry email to them about it on a Saturday in within an hour or two they responded in an absolute excellent manner, so friendly and helpful. Helped me book my seats and sent my complaint on about the website, and this till after 4 on a Saturday. I am really impressed. Thank you, your staff in the sales/reservations department is amazing.
I tried to make a reservation through Safarinow. As you are dependent on THEIR time to pay the money over to the accommodation you want to book you run a high risk, as I did, that you lose out on your booking as the place I wanted to go got booked out. I do NOT recommend using them at all. I went straight to the nature reserve myself in the end (just to another camp) and booked with them and managed to get a discount which isn't offered through Safarinow. Now just waiting to get my refund from them after I HAD to contact THEM to make other arrangements with me refund as they never got back to me as they said in their email to me. Just not worth the hassle. Just book with the place you want to go yourself. Much better.
<p>I ordered something from the United States and this was delivered through FedEx to the country and for some reason the delivery package is to be dumped at customs and delivered further through our "amazing" postal system. This package managed to get lost. I contacted FedEx and they have been rude, abrupt and had no interest in helping as this is "no longer their problem" yet the last place I am able to locate this package is in their hands. Our customs office have no record of this package even. Yet somehow the other package that was sent to me (same postage method) got to me. . Thanks FedEx!!</p>
<p>We went to hve lunch at the Mugg and Bean at Gallaria on Saturday. Unfortunately only after the s**** touched my mothers food did she realise the s**** was disgustingly dirty and was clear as day that the s**** was not washed since it got used in someones hot chocolate or something. HOW was this not seen by the staff member who brought it?? And only after we had to complain further was the meal taken off the bill as my mother had no longer the appitite to eat there or the food the s**** touched. Wont be eating there ever again.</p>
<p>I would just like to compliment SD Originals (Troll Beads). I bought stuff from them online and had to exchange something, and they are the friendliest and most helpful people I have dealt with to date about something over email. </p>
<p>Clearly Oxford Centre views that it is appropriate to have 3 tellers open on possibly one of their busiest days ever. Queue where a mile long at every teller and there was no clear express till, there is no way someone who wanted to quickly pop in and buy a few stuff in their 30 minute lunch break could ever do.</p> <p>Seriously, if you KNOW you are going to be busy maybe try filling up the millions of teller spots you have gathering dust and get through the hordes of people filling up the place that you cant even move through. </p> <p>Disgusted, not supporting Oxford again. Plenty options in Hillcrest.</p>
<p>I went to watch Resident Evil in 4DX at The Pavilion cinema. It was meant to start at 5:30 and 20 minutes later I was still listening to the annoying music and not a stir in the projector room. I then went out to ask a lady working there, who happily went to check why it hasnt started. </p> <p> </p> <p>So a few minutes later the man appeared in the projector room and finally got the movie going. The same attendant, whos name I wish I got, just came to make sure it was going, spoke to the man in the projector room, who then chose to be utterly disrespectful to the lady. I was disgusted at his behaviour towards her. </p> <p> </p> <p>At least she was doing her job, more than I can say for him. I would also think for the insane amount of money they charge for the 4DX movie, they can at least make sure it starts!</p>
