No value for money
I was at their branch in 2019 Nov with my mother to get our legs waxed, the service was terrible when I got into the car and had a look at my legs there was still wax on my legs and a lot of hair patches that was still on my legs and very visible, I was so disappointed I had to go home and shave my legs due to the amount of hair still on my legs. I tried leaving a review but never went through. Extremely disappointed

SkinPhd is a ripp off !!!
Skin PhD at waterfall corner falsely advertises by sending out SMSs to its customers and advertising in store. The reality is that when a customer books a service, she is told that a different service with different products were used and hence charged a totally different price. As a result I was charged more than 3 times the price I expected to pay. I politely paid and left the salon. However I thought about all the other people that have the same experience...as South Africans we walk away when we have been wronged and accept being taken advantage of. I called the owner of the business who said many times that she is sorry. She claimed that the stylist dictates how much product is used and that he would have told me he was using a different product and discussed the price with me. The truth is that he did not do anything of the sort. He merely confirmed the sevice I had booked. As a result I was forced to pay more than 3 times the price of what I expected to pay. I had also had that same service done the previous year and brought it to the attention of the owner. She fails to recognise that I was a customer prior to her purchasing the business and that I have frequented her salon. I would not complain if I had no reason to. However it would seem that Skin PhD is a ripp off and refuses to make any amends for it. I booked a service and should have been charged accordingly...not taken advantage of and overcharged!!!

Out of this world service
Absolute best service ever received from SkinPHD in Greenstone Mall as there consultants are always smiling and friendly and are always willing to help and lend an ear am the consultants are very professional and well informed and always going the extra mile I will always support them and send them more business and I commend them all for their excellent service

Out of this world service
Absolute best service ever received from SkinPHD in Greenstone Mall as there consultants are always smiling and friendly and are always willing to help and lend an ear am the consultants are very professional and well informed and always going the extra mile I will always support them and send them more business and I commend them all for their excellent service

Owner at Lynnwood and Zambezi salons is pathetic
<p>Very sad, the owner of these 2 branches(Theresa) scream on employees infront of customers and implement unfair work practices. She has a bad attitude treating her employees really bad infront of me as a client. Will not go back very unprofessional.</p>

wonderful place zambezi salon
Good afternoon <br> <br> I hope you are well <br> <br> I just want to say and share with you what a wonderful place SkinPhD Hair & Beauty Zambezi salon is... they are all very welcoming and very warm. It is always a nice feeling when the walk in..<br> <br> And I just want to say a big thank you to my wonderful therapist that I had on Saturday the 11th of April I did my permanent makeup with her and she is the best she always makes you feel comfortable and I just love my brows I would recommend her to any one for permanent makeup she is a great asset to your salon. <br> <br> I will definitely be back and this time for a facial and nails. I will let you know with regards to that. <br> <br> Thanks again for being all so wonderful <br> <br> Thanks Cindy <br>
