I signed a contract with Slater gym only to find out that I was made to take a lie contract. I tried seeking clarity and I was taken from back to forth over the phone until I decided to drive there because they were also dodging my calls. When i get there it was proven that the mistake was on the administration side of slater but still I was forced to pay before the date that was on the contract 🙄 Nevertheless I did pay though I couldn't understand because the contract binded me to pay on the 30th but the manager and other officials insisted that I must pay on the 15th.
Fast forward the same month I paid I was still receiving messages of non payment and I would forward them to the manager and he will read without responding.
Mind due the manager and his assistant were present when the payment was done. Going forward it happens that I lose the receipt that was given after payment and now I still receiving calls and messages that says I have never paid.
I have experienced a very bad customer service at slater gym and I even stopped attending the gym because of the behavior I get and I must say it's very painful because now I am binded to pay a contract for two years yet only attend gym for 7 days.
