Slaughter and Fox: FRAUDULENT
I won a couple of sunglasses on several auctions that were listed on Bid or Buy (BoB) on the 8th of July 2018. The shipping and payment instructions on the listing where "FREE SHIPPING". When the auction closed i made payment. A day later the company contacted me saying i needed to pay R1124 extra for shipping or fetch the order from their fullfilment centre in Midrand Gauteng. I live in Cape Town. I wrote back to them stating that they were breaching terms of sale as this was not stated when the auction was still running. It turned out they had changed the shipping and payment instructions on the listing after the auction had closed. They did not reply back to me. I contacted BoB on the issue on the 10th of July and alerted them on what was taking place. BoB confirmed that indeed it was supposed to be "FREE SHIPPING". BoB wrote to Slaughter and Fox on the same day requesting a response but it seems communication is falling on deaf ears. Such business contact is unethical. I would not recommend dealing with this company. They are dishonest and can not handle queries in a timely manner.

Disgusting company to deal with for both service and quality.
I bought a pair of sunglasses from them when they had a stall in Eastgate. Within wearing them 4 or 5 times the arm broke where the rubber connects to the plastic. Contacted them and they sent me a new pair. Those also broke at the same place and I was asked to go to their offices to choose a new pair and to bring the broken ones, which I duly did. Needless to say nobody was there to meet the appointment arranged. I wrote to them again and said I had dropped of the broken glasses and when could I collect the new pair or get my money back. The answer I got from a very rude arrogant individual when asked the question was "that was my problem"? I have since written to them and I have got an e-mail back saying they owe me nothing, this was from that same arrogant rude individual. My suggestion to anyone out there wanting to buy sunglasses is dont buy their brand, they sell **** that they will not return on the basis of bad quality.

Defictive Product & Poor Customer Service
<p>I would NEVER recommend purchasing sunglasses from Slaughter & Fox due to the poor quality of their product as well as their pathetic customer service s****s. A few weeks ago, I purchased a pair of sunglasses from this merchant. My order was delivered a few days later however on inspection of the product I noticed that the sunglasses were skew. I then contacted the supplier who has been extremely unhelpful. To date I have not received a helpful response from Slaughter and Fox thus would not recommend purchasing from them.</p>
