My experience with Bark.com was great. I received quotes from dog groomers within a few minutes after submitting my request. I was able to compare companies to one another and choose the one best suited to my needs. I definitely recommend Bark.com.
I received great service from Ofentse Modiba. He was friendly, professional & very knowledgeable around the Oneplan pet insurance offering.
I’ve recently experienced fantastic customer service at the Thomas Tyres Allens Nek Branch. Casper (Branch Manager) went out of his way to ensure the issue with my breaks was rectified. I would definitely recommend visiting TT Allens Nek for any wheel, tyre or break requirements.
I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service offered by Kulula, or lack there of. Whilst flying from OR Thambo to Cape Town International my bag was broken into and my belongings ravaged through. I contacted Kulula regarding the matter. As my bag was damaged I asked them to advise when my bag will be collected and repaired, only to be informed that I need to take my bag to their office for the damage to be assessed. I had already supplied photos depicting the damage made to my bag however they insisted on seeing the bag. I agreed to this however I asked for my bag to be collected as I do not have time to go to the airport to drop my bag off. I was informed that this will not be possible and if they arrange for a courier to collect it then I will need to pay for this service. Are you serious? Kululas employees broke into my bag due to Kululas negligence and now I need to go out of my way to have my bag repaired. This is completely unacceptable service. I advise Anyone considering to fly Kulula to reconsider their choice because when your luggage is broken into it becomes your responsibility to have it repaired. This is completely unacceptable!
<p>I would NEVER recommend purchasing sunglasses from Slaughter & Fox due to the poor quality of their product as well as their pathetic customer service s****s. A few weeks ago, I purchased a pair of sunglasses from this merchant. My order was delivered a few days later however on inspection of the product I noticed that the sunglasses were skew. I then contacted the supplier who has been extremely unhelpful. To date I have not received a helpful response from Slaughter and Fox thus would not recommend purchasing from them.</p>

<p>Unfortunately Kauai (Virgin Active Honeydew) has let me down on numerous occasions when it comes to service. Kauai prides themselves on delivering "Fast, Healthy Food" however their service is anything but fast. It is completely unacceptable having to wait over 30 minutes for a flu shot, which has been the case for the past few weeks now. I have raised my concerns with Kauai and I'm am still awaiting a response. I'm very disappointed in their customer service!</p>
<p>I was contacted by Dawn Wing regarding a customs fee for a package which was sent to me from an overseas company. I willingly paid this fee as I was expecting the package, however the package which I received was not what I ordered. I then returned the package to the sender. I have contacted Dawn Wing requesting a refund for the package which is not mine and is no longer in my possession to which they responded saying that there is nothing that they can do and they will not refund me. This is absolutely unethical as I have now paid for an item which was sent to me incorrectly. I would not recommend using this service, to anyone.</p>

I sent through an urgent account query a few weeks ago and I have STILL not received any relevant feedback. Each time I follow up I am informed that my query has been escalated. What exactly is the point of ‘escalating’ my query if no-one ever gets back to me with a feasible solution. Is anyone at Vodacom capable of providing a solution??</p> <p>Very disappointed</p>
<p>I've been waiting for a response from Vodacom for over a month now regarding a billing query as Vodacom has overcharged me, and I have STILL not received a response.</p> <p>I've been a customer of Vodacom's for several years now thus this is extremely disappointing Vodacom.</p>
