They have poor quality products and extremely poor service. Bought an expensive cpap machine from them , after having been tested with severe apnea. They suppose to check your levels every day and make necessary adjustments on your machine until it works well. I had daily follow up with them , and more then often only respond after 2 or 3 days. They never speak to you personally, they send voice notes. So they never answer their phones, always voice notes. They never managed to set my machine to work optimally , I ordered additional product like an extended tube , they keep on telling me it is coming and has never reached me. They the referred me to Fountain Circle where I had amazing service, always with a smile. I now bought a new machine from them , and they helped with adjustments, and my apnea now under 2 per evening . carmen is fantastic , she is on of the advisors.
