I had a procedure booked for the 23 July , I am scared of operations , because of a very bad experience 14 year ago , so i do anything in my control to minimize it . So I especially went in on 22 nd to the hospital to complete all my paper work with Marius , he was very friendly and helpful . I arranged with doctor to be first on theater list and they kindly accommodated me . The next morning I arrived at 6 am , as i reported myself , they said that paper work all done and must just sit for a short while. I sat until way after 9 am , and the only feedback was that they have no beds available. I was eventually accommodated in the emergency unit room , then rushed me to theater to only lie there for another hour . This after I spoke to complaints manager who also does bed allocation , Dimakatso , the day before. This is second time this happened to me and this for someone that has an anxiety for theaters . What a useless hospital.
They have poor quality products and extremely poor service. Bought an expensive cpap machine from them , after having been tested with severe apnea. They suppose to check your levels every day and make necessary adjustments on your machine until it works well. I had daily follow up with them , and more then often only respond after 2 or 3 days. They never speak to you personally, they send voice notes. So they never answer their phones, always voice notes. They never managed to set my machine to work optimally , I ordered additional product like an extended tube , they keep on telling me it is coming and has never reached me. They the referred me to Fountain Circle where I had amazing service, always with a smile. I now bought a new machine from them , and they helped with adjustments, and my apnea now under 2 per evening . carmen is fantastic , she is on of the advisors.
Placed a personalised order with names on the back of gowns. They sent it to me without names. They then phoned and asked me to send them pics, which i did , next day they phoned and asked for more clearer pics , I asked them to collect so that they can view themselves. I think it is in order of about 3 weeks from the time I paid, they still have not delivered. They promised me yesterday, that they will send me pics today so that I can approve, this has not happened, and Followed up with them , and still no idea of when i will get
I have given them efficient time to cancel and for new owner to take over , so new owner took over , but they still make me pay one month because of there systems , not very ethical company.
Bought 4 Ring inhouse cameras from them yesterday . When I tried to install the first camera message said that it was already registered to a user. This implies someone else could potentially view the inside of my house. And that I need to wait 14 days . I went back to Incredible connections , shared my experience with 2 staff members , no one apologized . They did not have stock to replace , offered me a refund that I have to wait for 14 days , but when I paid them they received money immediately , I told the manager that I want to be refunded same as when I paid , meaning money reflects immediately in my account . I told her that they inconvenient me as I have to take off from work , drive all the way there and then wait for about an hour for them to complete their paperwork. She did offer that if I wait until a customer pays cash they can refund me , who knows how long that will take. So bought item already registered in someone else's name , big potential security risk , have to wait for refund , and no apology from first staff members I interacted with. Will never buy from Incredible Connection based at Centurion Mall.
FNB has become very poor and sluggish in their service standards , and I am what they call a private client . I did exactly same transaction with Discovery it took me 20 seconds, for same transaction I am waiting over two weeks for very weak excuses . So for new Bankers go with Discovery and old FNB bankers migrate to Discovery
I hired a family vehicle for a week from Hertz , i expect them to review their road safety of their vehicles . I then realized later that 2 tires are not within the safety level. I reported it on my return , and requested explanation and have had no response
You rent a vehicle , return it , they sign that they fine to deliver in same condition as when you took it , then 2 weeks later they overcharge with so called damages , they do not respond to emails or phone calls , will never ever recommend or use them
It is impossible to speak to anyone at Vodacom , I cancelled account , they continue to deduct money , then I complaint on hello Peter , and they refunded me for 2 months , but for month of June they bill me again , they can not get it right , recommend nobody to use them
I phoned there cancelation team in February to cancel contract , they never did and keep on charging me . They are absolutely useless when comes to service , it is still not resolved, and difficult to speak to them . My monthly account is over R 5 k per month . They also drop the whatsapp chat they have . I spoke to Alida Brown
