No C port so product fails

It is now an international standard that devices of this nature, including cell phones and the like, should be equipped with a C charger port . SleepZen supplies an M port. Unlike C ports the male end of the cable for this port can only be inserted one way. As one is working through a very small hole in the material one is inclined to sometimes put it in the wrong way and if this is done repeatedly it damages the port rendering the entire product useless . I think this is really ********* behaviour.
