This company purchased a product from us, our specification was incorrect, they logged an RMA after opening and using the product, they refused to let us collect it for credit and continued to complain without specifying how they wanted us to assist. Tried calling but their phone number 021 529 7300 and cannot get through the menu selection as it does not register inputs and just keeps looping. So, I tried calling the account manager number in the CPT branch and he answered, then dropped the call in my ear not 10 seconds into the call. No return call nothing. These people are ridiculous.

<p>Our company uses Smartsurv tracking on our fleet. In 2014 we had a unit de-installed from a vehicle we sold. Despite numerous requests to the East London office we failed to stop the billing. They claimed they had no record of the removal of the unit. When we finally found our copy and sent it onto them they still failed to stop the charges. Now in 2017 we have finally elicited a response and received a few months credit. They have refused to give the balance of the credits so we have decided to move on and place our business elswhere. Not a pleasant ending to a business relationship and we certainly won't recommend their services.</p>

We had 2 tracking units on our taxis, which were subsequently sold. The details off the new owners were emailed to Vivian to contact them to take over the contracts. She never did until I followed up almost a month later. By this time it was too late as they had contracted other service providers. I then requested that the 1 unit be de-installed & re-installed immediately. They told me I had to wait 2 weeks if I wanted that done. I then said if that's the case, they need to put in a new unit & I would just continue with the rest of the contract. I accepted the quote of R1500 excl VAT, which is a ridiculous amount but nevertheless had to be paid in order to get a tracker in my brand new vehicle. I now receive an invoice for the new unit & another invoice for R610 for re installation! Daylight robbery. I told them I am not accepting the charge & they keep sending me the initial form I signed for the De & re-installation. Utter BS. Such pathetic customer service! I cannot wait for the contract to end so that I can move to another service provider who actually offers a better service than these con artists! NEVER USE SMARTSURV WIRELESS
