Bad service, no response. Claim logged awaiting feedback no answer when follow up calls done. Is anyone even working there.

Thank you for your patience. We note that we received the claim on the same day it was forwarded to us by WesBank, and we immediately began processing it; however, our team did experience some initial challenges in making contact with the policyholder. We are happy to confirm, however, that our team has made contact with the policyholder via WhatsApp and collected the required details to process the claim. We have also spoken to the driver of the vehicle at the time of the incident to obtain her statement. We are currently awaiting confirmation from Hollard on the appointment of the assessor who will view the damage. As soon as this step is finalised, we will provide the policyholder with an update.If the policyholder has any questions in the meantime, they can contact us on 0860 222 880 or at complaints@sohva.co.za.
