I lodged a complaint on the 12th of November: 12 Nov 2025 at 19:27 Unhelpful consultants and process. Worst service ever, I am unable to submit my claim and every day when I call the contact centre the unhelpful consultants…. To date my complaint is not resolved, it was acknowledged but no further effort by Old Mutual to resolve or assist. Belinda Hunt called once or twice and now radio silence. Not responding to emails. Faith Kente is asking for documentation which was already uploaded. Old mutual is not customer-centric, being left in the lurch and there seems to be no concern for our needs. Zero customer focus.

Bad service, no response. Claim logged awaiting feedback no answer when follow up calls done. Is anyone even working there.
No Service, no responses being received on WhatsApp, being referred to the online system that keeps redirecting. I have not received any assistance with my request. Come on Momentum you should have been better prepared.
If I could rate them zero I would. I have been struggling to cancel a Sim contract I never took up. Initially went to MTN Clearwater store in Dec 2022 was informed it will be done. Jan I received and invoice, I emailed and went to Cradlestone store to request cancelation. It's now March and no cancelation has been done.
Poor customer service at Built it Pinehaven. I bought material at Build it Pinehaven on 26th of August (Friday) the cashier advised the payment did not go through, I showed them my sms notification as proof. They referred me to the branch, I went to the branch whom advised me and called them and stated that the payment processed of my account, they told the branch manager I should return to Build it Pinehaven when I got there, Roy Gibb, told me that it's not showing and there is nothing that can be done I should return on Monday as he needs to wait on their finance manager Paula. My builders could not work on Friday or Saturday. I returned on today Monday, and Roy informed me that I need to wait on Paula to get to work and then they will advise. Since Friday, Saturday nothing was done to resolve the issue. Build it Pinehaven has no emphaty for their long standing customers as I am not a first time customer. Yet the service received from Roy was very disheartening. Please have the issue resolved or refund my money urgently.
Bad service l received from Thando Ngwenya from Claims, she does not respond or acknowledge emails. She once forwarded my email with no acknowledgement to me. Its been 3 months and my claim is not done. I sent emails no response. I have never received such service from Discovery. I have always encouraged others to join Discovery but the service from Thando Ngwenya, is the worst ever from Discovery.
I placed an order on SHEIN and delivery was assigned to Fastway couriers. On all calls made to their customer service the calls were silent and then the line cut. I alled backe numerous times as I did not want my order to be cancelled. I emailed no response received. Still no delivery of my order. I received emails from SHEIN stating Fastway couriers attempted delivery or they tried to contact me, which is a lie, Fastway send false incorrect milestones updates.
Pathetic Customer service, Request logged for withdrawal, required documents provided, turn around time exceeded, no feedback from Liberty. Complaints logged no response or attempts to resolve. Operations manager and escalations process followed no feedback , but automated response. This is the worst service ever received. I need to add that on almost all my follow up requests the consultants who was assigned to me or the call centre was unprofessional/rude and showed and no intention of resolve my issue.
